I would not recommend this company for dealer licensing. I spoke with a representative named Lisandra to ask a simple yes or no question about my dealer license, and she wanted to charge me $250 just to answer it. After paying them so much money to get my license, I expected at least some basic customer support. Their service is friendly at first when you’re signing up and paying, but once they’ve been paid, the support becomes unhelpful and dismissive. Very disappointing experience, very poor customer service.

At the beginning everything looks perfect but after you see how they just want to take your money, if you have a question they will charge you to answer the question, VERY unprofessional people not recommended

I began paperwork for Dealer's License with this company on October 23, 2024 and my partner decided he no longer wanted to continue the process. I called on October 25, 2024 asking for a refund of $605 that they immediately took from my account in 3 seconds. It's now been 2 months that I've been trying to get my money back from this company. I've sent several emails to the supposedly accounts team and have heard nothing from them. Unprofessional! I recommended this place with several people in New Jersey and have called them back letting them know to go and use another company. I lost $605 and I don't want them to lose thousands with this company. Please, please do not do business with this company they will steal your money. Spend your thousands of hard earned money somewhere else and not in this company.
