Terrible service. My shipment was over 10 days late. They kept sending me emails saying they were tracking it and trying to find it. And after 10 days, they just sent me a message saying they were sorry but my shipment couldn't be found. Where are the shipping guarantees? It's an extremely expensive service, and on top of that, I had to pay an additional $25 in customs fees only for it not to arrive at its destination, and they just emailed me saying they couldn't find it.
(Shipment made from Colombia) Be very careful when sending your things with DHL. They even provide a contact link that doesn't even exist.

if only I had seen these reviews before using DHL service I would have looked LEFT !!! your service was perfect for me before now you guys are goin down hill ! I will post reviews until my package(bag) is located and is delivered to the address that is on the bag !! 3254 NW 38th !!! there's no way customer service is telling me they cant trace it ! fix your device and find my baggage ! will never use this service again !!

So I pay thousands of rands (South African) to get an urgent document delivered in Miami. Not only did it get there a day late ... you go and deliver to a business address at LUNCH time when it seems to be common knowledge that businesses close! AND you don't bother to phone the recipient even though you go and text him to say it wasn't able to be delivered? POOR POOR SERVICE!

I have a package at their facility in Miami Florida. I've dealt with their representative over there by the name of Michael. By far the worst of the worst!!!...
He didn't get nothing done, but he did manage to get away with my delivery fee.
