Dr. Diamond and his entire staff have truly been a blessing and incredibly helpful to me. Whenever I need anything they always have taken care of it immediately. Dr. Diamond’s sensitivity, as well as his staff’s have helped me immensely. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I was a patient of Dr Diamond but moved from the area and now I'm back. Thought he was a good doctor, but I just tried to make an appointment, and his staff said he is not taking new patients. I tried to explain, but the person on the phone could not communicate well in ENGLISH.. and told me to call back in September. I tried to explain we are four days away from September, but that she acted like she didn't understand. So sadly to say, I won't call back in September or ever again.

I cannot recommend Dr. Mike Diamond enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. Better yet, even before that amid all of the pre-appointment motions around form completion and lab orders. Dr. Diamond is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, thoroughly explained my assessment, and laid out a clear path forward. All of the staff are great and helpful, Mari, Maria& Yanetsy I can’t be more happy with. Easy to get appointments same day or next day not weeks or months. Dr Diamond takes the time to ask questions and is very thorough.

The front staff is your first impression of a doctor and his staff is HORRIBLE. The are unprofessional especially the office manager Susan. They also only see vaccinated people, like vaccinated people can't catch and transmit covid. Go somewhere else and save the aggravation.

Great doctor. Very patient and methodical. Takes his time with the examination, diagnosis and explanations. The office is also very well run.Appointment times are kept, calls are returned. It is a well oiled machine. I would not change doctors for anything!

He is now only seeing patients in person that are vaccinated ano refusing to see longtime patients that haven't been vaccinated, only through video. I have the antibodies and that's one reason Im opting not to get the vaccine. Regardless of how you feel about the vaccine, we should all now be fully aware that vaccinated people can still get infected AND spread the virus. Besides, they explained that everyone that comes in gets screened for symptoms so wouldnt a vaccinated person that IS infected be harder to spot?? And to make matters worse, the extremely rude receptionist ended up hanging up on me after i politely inquired why this was the approach they were taking and she got frustrated that she couldnt come up with a smart answer. Sadly this has convinced me that Dr, Diamond is not the Dr for me anymore.

Dr. Diamond has been my Primary Doctor since 2010. Besides being a GREAT Doctor, he listens; and this is not easy to find in a Doctor.

Dr. Diamond has been my doctor for years and all i can say is that he is the best doctor you could ever have. He is excellent at diagnosing what is ailing you. Dr Diamond is kind, attentive and will always do what is in your best interest! THANK YOU DR DIAMOND AND STAFF FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM.
