We purchased the tiles from this company, we also obtained the labor from them. upon the installation a couple of weeks after the fact we noticed that there were starting to be breakage in the tiles along with separation. We contacted the business as they gave us a guarantee. We literally went to the physical location three times to speak with Diego. All of those three times he refused to help us. We now have to go to the BBB and post reviews about their lack of integrity and horrible craftsmanship. Do not use these people.

I was ripped off by DiegonPinzo at difepi tiles. I go in to buy the tiles pay $150 delivery, the day of delivery I go to ask why they haven't been delivered he them tells me they do not deliver to condos and reduaes to return my money. This guy is a scam artist.

I dislike having to leave bad reviews. People make mistakes and we all screw up on occasion. Most of us admit we screwed up and try to correct our screw up. In this case, Defepi does not bother to return emails, respond to text messages or empty their voicemail (allowing a person to leave a voicemail) in regards to a error in sending out an order for (2) 1 pound bags of grout that was ordered online. I received a small envelope which contained 11.6 ounces of grout. Not 16 ounces, apparently they are not aware that 16 oz equals a pound. Multiple emails, text messages and sadly no way to leave a message.So here I sit, banging out a scathing review for a company over a lousy $24.00 order of grout. This was an easy fix to take care of but apparently a hassle for them to even bother with and are OK with another bad review. All I wanted was the grout that I paid for, pretty simple really.Bad businesses need to be called out for bad business behavior which ultimately should result in the demise of a company.Shoppers be very very cautious with spending your hard earned money with Defepi Tiles. If they are OK ignoring a simple to fix $24.00 order for a messed up shipment of grout, how will they treat your hundreds if not thousands of dollars of an order? There has to be other tile shops in Miami, right?

Funny thing how the owner responds to only the positive reviews left for them and not addressing the bad ones. I get it, why dwell in negativity right? Perhaps one should learn from the negative reviews and try to change their practice to not keep making the same screwed up mistakes? For instance, why would you ignore text messages, multiple emails and attempted phone calls to which your customer can not leave a message due to your voicemail being full, not that you would know this because your poor business practice of not listening to messages prevents one from leaving a message. So you risk a scathing review over a lousy $24.00 order placed online for (2) 1 pound bags of grout. Instead of shipping 2 pounds of grout you shipped 11.6 ounces of grout with a bag marked as weighing 1 pound. In case you are not aware, 16 ounces makes a pound. The fix is super simple! Open your emails, read your text from the number on your business card that came with the order or answer your phone. Apologize, say I'm sorry we messed up and we will get that out to you in tomorrow's mail. I would have said sure thing, thanks for taking care of this and that would have been it. Instead I am doing what I hate to do, trash a business. We are all prone to mistakes and have bad days. The free pass of five them a break ends after multiple out reaches are made with zero response. Again, a lousy $24.00 sale. If you are not batting an eye at a $24.00 sale what are you doing to other larger priced ticket sales? The word should be out to prospective clients to probably save yourself the headache and find another company. Lots of them out there!

The "Surf Green" grout was not even close to matching Custom's Surf Green. This is now a bigger problem that could have been avoided with honest advertising.

Just don't buy grout from them! Bought two different colors of grout for a bathroom. Blue Sail Cloth for the walls (very light blue) and navy for the floors (no we didn't mix up the bags). We tested the grout first and it was more of a dusty blue (darker that the pictures on the website) but we wanted to get it done so we moved forward with grouting. I now have dark blue grout lines with my light blue glass and white tiles. I am so mad but what can I do? The worst part is we need to order more of that color but who knows if it will match the color we got the first time. Sent them an email too but of course that had no effect. Just stick with what you can buy in the stores at least you know it will be consistent. Too bad I had to give 1 star - they would have gotten negative stars!

I had tiles put it on instead of vinyl flooring and DifePi did an excellent job coordinating everything from start to finish. I went to their store to pick up some grout / tiles and they handled the rest. It's best to go in person and see what they have

I purchased outdoor tiles from Diego first he DOES NOT answer NO phone calls very bad customer service they act like if they are doing legal business there. Hours or days later he well send you a text message never a call back I needed an extra box of tile I had to literally drive 1hr to his location to order an extra box then he didnt even have my information on file and the price was different until I told him the price he had gave me the first time. well I guess he didnt like that and he never reorder me any box when I went back the following week he didnt even know what I was talking about. Please dont wast your time or money at this location.

I highly recommend that you do not use this company! We purchased $845 in black landscaping rocks from them on Etsy and returned the rocks last June. Even though they have been telling us, in writing, that they will send a reimbursement check they still have not sent us the refund. Now I have to waste more time filing complaints with the BBB, DBPR and take them to court. Sandra and Diego are not truthful and thieves.

We highly DO NOT recommend this company! We ordered $845 in black landscaping rocks last June and they were not what we expected, so we returned them. Diego and Sandra both said that they would send a refund and as of today we have not received our money back! (Yes it has been 7 months!!) We even have emails from them saying that they will send a refund. Now we have to waste more of our time to take them to court and you bet they will pay for all our legal fees!!
