Been dealing with JC at Discount Tire and Auto for over 20 years now. They are very responsive to my needs and usually get the job done same day. I've had GMC Trucks, Ford F250, F150, Cadillac and BMW serviced here. I get all of my oil changes and tire patching done here also. Again, JC is a stand up guy...

Horrible! Avoid them!!!! I took my car in for an oil leak and fumes go inside the car, and they said they fixed it, charged me an expensive bill, and it continued leaking and smelling, I took it back (3) times! Each time they said it was fine, that small leaks are normal, or it is not leaking! They were rude by the third time. All the work, stress, and anxiety were very painful to endure. I finally took it to another well recommended mechanic who confirmed they did not do the job they said they did. The reputable mechanic called them and tried very hard to get them to do the job right. I had to pay $170 for that service. I took the car back to them, in fear, and they did the job they originally were supposed to do! Then I took the car back to the reputable mechanic to confirm it. This is what you would have to do to get a service from them! Avoid them at all cause. You will save $$$$$ and headaches...

Had to seek other mechanic to verify service - it was not done and overcharged - scammers to the end. Avoid! 24/7 Con of car issues - didn't honor bs warranty they have, they do so by inventing or causing other problems. Worse is I was recommended to them by the oil change place next door, to which I was going to for years -

I needed new tires for my truck. Was looking to upgrade my smaller stock tires into bigger 295's. Was looking into Costco and it was around 2,000 for 4 new tires. I called this place and they helped me find 295's at a very cheap price. Took my truck in the next day and they had the tires ready to go and aligned and balanced everything in under 30 minutes. This place is awesome and they are trustworthy and do great work.

I've been coming to this establishment for years along with my entire family. Recently they have hired a manager, Julio who disrespected me, my mother and daughter as we sought services to repair a tire. I will no longer be coming here and do not recommend this place to any woman

Been coming here for years and I've realized how much of a scam this place is. $20 for air in tires. Gave it to him bc he was begging honestly. Don't waste your time.

Friendly service and cheap prices. Waiting times are long because theyre always busy. Dont listen to all reviews, most people that go to this place dont leave reviews but I always see happy customers.

Horrible experience. They were rude and ignore customers. They scratched my rims and would not take accountability for it. Go elsewhere, there is other shops within 2 minutes from here.
