Constantly on the phone for literal hours waiting for people to pick up during working hours. Very friendly and professional staff in person, but a MASSIVE annoyance if any phone work is undertaken.

What a difference a year does, between the new system on check in, makes life easier for everyone, customers and workers. Last year 7hours wait, this year new system in and out in 40 minutes.
