worst service especially for the staff people. They don’t know how to speak proper english nor spanish plus they talk to you with the worst attitude. THEY MAKE YOU DO THE LINE FROM THE OUTSIDE DOOR TO COME IN WITHOUT CARING IF ITS RAINING WITH HUGE PUDDLES OUTSIDE OR NOT! INSTEAD OF USING THE WHOLE EMPTY PRINCIPAL CORRIDOR THAT LEADS TO THE EXACT SAME PLACE. worst way of treating people

I just wanted to share a few things. I came in at 5:30 in the morning as I did not have an appointment. There were about 50 people already. But the line started moving at 6, and we were inside the building around 6:15 am, even though some people cut in line. Then they took us inside the office and started giving licences before 7 am. So get this, these people are already working from 6, checking paper work and everything. So you have to appreciate their effort, as the office does not *actually* open until 8 am. I was out even before 8. Everything was really smooth and I had a very good experience.
I understand people who arrive later in the day have bad experiences, as it is very hot this summer and waiting can become frustrating. But nonetheless they are human too and you have to plan and come early so that everything goes smoothly for you too.

They are inconsiderate and mean!! Queuing since 7am. When we are close to the door at around 12:30, they never come out again until around 1:30pm when someone went to ask and they had closed. They never deigned to come out to let us know that they were no longer going to serve us. They had the people in the sun for 1 hour.

I came here today to renew my license, but I didn’t have an appointment so I woke up early and was there at around 6 am. I was able to get my name on the list after the people with appointment and waited in line until 8 am which was when they open. The line and management were very organized and everything was running smooth. I am surprised I had a good time since usually dmvs are infamous for the bad service, but everyone was so nice and pleasant!! I highly recommend this dmv and I will come back to this one for sure!!!

I came today, Saturday, May 25, to carry out my procedure and they did not open and they did not put up any sign or any information anywhere, not even on the networks! We wasted time! Lack of information towards people, who they know get up early to get their license

My 2nd time coming here and i still haven’t gotten my license. Treated disrespect by manager and they made an appointment for us like the 1st time we were there and they said to come again then we go and they said we can’t go inside . unprofessioanl

A horrible experience, after almost 5 hours in a line they told me that the system went silent and that they had no idea when it would be restored, to leave and come back another day, just like that, they don't care if you waste your time and money, or if you have hours waiting, it is simply your problem not theirs, they do not try to give you any solution, the appointments are for two or three months later, HORRIBLE
The worst thing is that one needs to do it out of obligation.

This a complain for all the DMV; is not only one in particular. To replace a driver license I did on my dmv portal because I'm a citizen but my husband also a citizen has a CDL driver license and was not able to do it online. He Visit 4 diferente DMV and took him more than a month to finalize just a address change.
He has his lease for 15 months but they always required something else, I decided to go with him just in case hi need anything but they will not allow you to get in .
The customer service is not good in any of this places, where are ⁹the professionals customer service trained people to work with public.
This offices need to improve their overall quality and performance in general.
How is possible that you are no new in the state and you are in Title of your lease with your name on it but they declined the Driver license replacement multiple times.
