Asked to not add any additional insurance to my one day rental but after returning found they charged me for insurance about 50$. Never had that issue with enterprise or budget. Not gonna use Dollar again and don’t recomend

AWFULL , anyone helps. We enter 5 cars diferents and they tell us we were in the wrong car. Never this car company again

The slowest moving line ever!! You have to wait in line upstairs, they check to make sure have a reservation then go down stairs to wait in another line to get a key. This should not be this difficult. Only bright side was the lady upstairs was really nice.
