The store closes early (8 pm). There is usually only one register open, and the line is sometimes long. Staff is ok. The products are mostly available. The prices are $1.25+. Balloons are $1.50 & Number balloons are $5. Note: Store Manager Alvaro makes up unwritten company policies. I bought a balloon prior to them closing to use for the next day, and on the way home, the balloon ripped along the seams. I came by the next day and store manager Alvaro told me he couldn't accept my defective return because it was the next day and policy dictates that you can't return a defective item if not the same day. I verified with Dollar Tree customer service and that's not policy. Understand this, this store has been robbed twice, and the front entrance is locked for safety? The only entrance is at the rear of the store. I'm not a crimina like those guys that robbed this storel, so try not to lose customers by giving poor customer service to save pennies for poor quality products that don't last.

1043 west Flagler 33130, I was with my son looking for materials for a school project, being inside the store waiting to pay I feel like going to the bathroom, I have surgery and I can't hold back the urge to urinate, I wanted to go to the bathroom, I ask for the key to the place and the cashier tells me that the key to the public bathroom was lost since the morning, that they have a key for the workers' bathroom, I ask another worker and she asks from afar for the key and it returns to answer, the key is lost, it is a lack of respect and humanity, if we are customers who are buying in their establishment, they must allow customers to go to the bathroom, a long line because there were only 2 cashiers. I'd give it 1 star if I could have the option to put it - 1 I would 😡

You may wonder why I gave this score and the reason for the two stars I give is because of the staff's efforts, however in the rest it is very poor. The products are repetitive, they are always without much product, it is a mess, and it is very dirty, many times I have had to kill cockroaches in the grocery area
