I like this dollar tree just only downside is that the cashiers are now self checkout which i LOVEEE but there are too many old people that dont know how to use it and there are no workers on the floor helping them so the line is STILL long. There should always be someone out helping. Overall organized store

Walked in before 9 PM. The three self checkoutlanes were unable to be used. Two werecompletely closed, and the third one was beingused by a trainee and the associate with theblonde hair who goes by Yady or Yally. Afterstanding behind him for several minutes thinkingthat they were doing something to the computer, Iasked at what time they closed. The new traineedidn't even turn around to respond that they closeat 10 PM. I could not believe how I was beingtreated by someone who just started. After waitingaround 10 minutes and when we were paying iswhen Yady decided to open up a self checkoutregister. After asking her name, she became verydefensive and began stating that the new traineeclosed the registers really fast. we mentioned thatthis is not the first time this happens at around thesame time. If your location closes at 10 PM, thenat 10 PM is when you need to be closing theregisters. There is no way that there is only oneassociate, A very kind gentleman that is takingcustomers. The line was very long, and it is Yadi's fault and the new trainee who is extremely I'llmannered for not turning around to face acustomer who asked at what time they closed.Mind you, as the new trainee was doing hertraining not once did either tell me that they willnot be able to allow me to use the self check out.After speaking with the blonde hair associate, sheexpressed herself in a very dire manner and saidthat my mother and I were extremely intense andvery aggravated. I am not sure how she thinks it'sappropriate to treat a customer like that. I lookforward to complaining to either the managementor even corporate. people like this just should notbe working and customer service, I was horrified.UPDATE:: visited today and the self checkout was taking sooo long for the transaction process I asked Linda and she said “don’t know” I confined her name was kinda so I can write this and she said “yea” shocking. Calling management tomorrow.

Very well stocked, very sweet staff! They officially have their fall decor out and had a great selection - absolutely loved it!
