I haven't been to this store before. The first impression when entering was ok. It is organized, and the staff is working on putting new items on the shelf. But the checkout line was too long. The store is busy but only one checkout station. Are they understaffed? Parking is convenient, though. I would check this place out again at another time if I am in the neighborhood and may change my review depending on how it goes.

The store is cheap but the service is the worst the restroom they always say key is there .lilies lies lies . They they restroom and discrimination is obvious in the store shame

I'm passing by here alone, because today at 6:15 pm I had a bad experience in this store with one of the managers, agitated, rushing the customers to pay and when I didn't move at the moment, she put another person who was not in the line that was in fact long, when I saw the reaction of a manager to treat a customer like that, I said and that's how it is, a manager does not respect the customer, I know that Maylin was the cashier, she cannot take her name, what a shame that they hire people like that who do not know how to deal with customers and much less give them those positions!!! thanks.

They close 10 minutes before their closing time that’s posted. This is a an ongoing issue. At this point just don’t put any store hours. The pic I posted shows the time i showed up

The one employee with the short salt and pepper bob is a complete weirdo. All she does is literally stand next to you as your trying to check out. A customer was literally begging for assistance and refused to help him just so she can stay harassing people trying to pay. This location may be one of the worst. From the closing early to harassing of customers. Upper management needs to do a major overhaul on employee training before they end up with a discrimination lawsuit

Most of the shelves were totally empty. They didn't have many of the things I wanted. I waited in a long line to pay. Then, the cash register refused to process my transaction because it froze up. The lady operating it didn't speak any English and told everybody else to go to line four. Me I had to wait and wait and wait for the manager to reboot the cash register. And while she apologized, why didn't she take me to another register and ring me up. I waited 9 minutes to spend $9 and that's totally unacceptable. Had I known it was going to take that long, I would have left the stuff right there and walked out the damn door.

This store is large and well stocked. Tomorrow is Father's Day and I came to buy balloons, in addition to other things, at the moment I was paying for the balloons in another area where I approached, I asked SHANNA who was sitting serving only the people who needed balloons and she spoke to me in a she didn't have a very friendly tone and he sent me back to the line (I explained that I was already paying, so she told me "ok, it doesn't work that way." She returned me to where I was paying and replied, "she doesn't know how to speak," so I told her I said that she didn't have to treat me like that, that if she explained to me I would understand and that we spoke the same language!! I find it A LACK OF RESPECT to have people working in customer service in that way. Finally, another lady who works there very kindly assisted me. and I was able to acquire the balloon I needed. SHANNA was sitting alone looking at the balloons, I think she was very tired from her work today and maybe it was a bad day.

My experience has always been good in terms of what I am looking for, I am a teacher and I always find interesting options. On Saturday, May 25, I went and they treated me very badly. There were people in the line, at the checkouts that you pay for individually, and a worker at the checkout on the far left, where you regularly line up to buy balloons and other purchases. I approach to pay, and instead of hearing a discreet voice, I hear a scream. Madam, to pay here, you have to take the line on the other side, if you tell me without shouting at me I understand, besides, I'm not a fortune teller, sometimes they only pass payments in cash or whatever they determine to speed up the payment process. . I continue to the individual payment checkout line, when it's my turn to pay, she is available and orders the next one, I tell the lady behind me to come in, because I don't want to be served by her. Shout from the box, how good, much better.
I told him, you are very rude, I am a customer, he says shouting AMEN. We customers are not to blame for the bad day and the rudeness of the employees. Lack of civility and total respect. Very rude, very vulgar, very poorly educated, and very, very bad customer service there is in that place, from that lady.
