There is a gate for the back door delivery, it’s locked 🔒 at night. So if you are making deliveries for dollar tree you gonna have to park in the parking lot 🅿️ in front and then go to the back in the morning. And remember you gonna have to back in ⬅️🔙

I am a client who goes 2 or 3 times a week and in the afternoons there is a lady with red hair and glasses who is rude and does not know how to deal with clients. I had a problem with a young blonde girl who wanted to withdraw cash, the machine gave me the option and when she saw that I asked if I wanted cash. He told me in tremendous bad form, you had to tell me and I answered him. Sorry, but if you don't have cash, put up a sign, you can't get money. That was all for me to start crying, here comes this lady who I tell you is a rude nuisance and tells me what's wrong, I'll explain. The girl had already given me the cash. And the red-haired lady tells me, well, if you already gave it to her, what's the problem? And I was left that I didn't know what to say. And after that, every time I go and she is at the checkout, I say good afternoon, she doesn't answer my greeting and to the person who comes behind me she says good afternoon and starts a conversation and all she throws the receipt at me and Look, she would be brave, as if she were going to intimidate me. It's a shame because I've been going there for 20 years and I always felt very good but now it's a disgrace.

I live near this place and it has happened to me twice that I go with my little 3-year-old daughter and she has urgently needed to go to the bathroom and they tell me that it is broken, very bad customer service, especially when it comes to a girl.

Customer service is terrible. I needed to go to the bathroom and they told me it was broken and another employee told me he thinks the bathroom was locked. I truly believe that water and bathing are not denied to anyone. Additionally, inside the store, workers are using carts that do not belong to their store, they are Fresco y Más Carts. I have never been treated so badly in any other store like today.

If we start with very bad shopping, there are never many parks for a few parks, the dollar tree is a disaster, only one cashier in these times of high demand for Christmas is slow and only one cash register is open and there seems to be no manager to lend a hand.

Store very disorganized and not cleaned at all. Only one cashier at night. The line was to the back of the store. Three customers wanted ballons so this took a long time for the cashier by herself. Not a good experience. First time going and I think the last time going to that Dollar Tree. Also, the parking lot very dark, no lights.

Not sure what’s going on in Dollar Stores but I notice that their business time or at least one of them and have a big opportunity Is between 4pm to 7 pm when is more than 6 people in line to pay and only 1 register open and 1 employee stocking bringing pile of boxes in the dolly car that this can’t end in trouble (sue) if a case felt in a child or kid. 1 customer in front of me put the products in the shelf and left other get in saw the line and left the store I was about to do the same and this is not the only store with the same issue.
