Worst Dollar tree experience. Rude employees - like greet people and use manners. The girl never said a single word to me the entire transaction. People these days are something else. I'll keep using dollar tree because I love it, but never this location again.

Highly upset went in for an interview scheduled for 12pm today. When i get there its like a job fair a line so long that i could not wait. Unproffesional they could have at least told me in advance. I left work for lunch just to get there and see this. I dont ha e time to loose or money to waist on stuff like this. I should have been told this.

Today I had a very bad experience, the lady who was at the checkout, all angry, made a purchase of 30 glasses and plates, all angry, and told me that they didn't have boxes. I have come other times and she was still very kind. I had to figure out how to carry them and pack them myself. They shouldn't have people to serve the public with that character and not only with me it was like that with all people

The two elderly ladies working there have to be the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. One lady told the other “que mongita mas bella” as my autistic roommate walked by. This is an old school racial slur used to discriminate people with disabilities.Their words were not a compliment at all and very hurtful. It is very evident that dollar tree has no problem employing people who can easily discriminate others and gossip while on the clock. My roommate was there today 5/10/2024 around 12pm.

I stop here when I'm in the area. EVERY time I have, there is only 1 register open, a line that reaches to the back of the store (literally). With at least 2 to 4 other employees in the store

The dollar tree in 14778 N Kendall Dr Miami, FL 33196. This is the dollar tree in the kendall plaza between Walgreens and Ross. I go here all the time because it's close home. However, it has ridiculously bad customer service. Every time I go, the line to check out is super long and they only have one cashier open. This is always. The manager is always around the floor doing sometimes but doesn't use his commonsense. Today he was standing around putting some products in there spots while there was only one cashier with a line waiting of 22 people I counted. He gets annoyed when asked if he can open another check lane. If am correct his name is Rene. I could be wrong. On other occasions I notice he has seen customers frustrated about something and not bother to fix the problems. He is like in his own world. This is all the time. Just letting everyone be aware. I love the Dollar Tree just not this one.

Today I went to this store at noon to look for something quick, in a short time it was in line and there it was no longer at the checkout. When a disagreement begins between two cashiers and a customer, arguing loudly that a customer was getting into the line, it is depressing to see how they allow this lack of respect for customers, the manager who was passing by and heard everything did nothing, he just left to hide, while these two cashiers treated Mrs. There are many ways to resolve the matter without reaching that extreme. What a shame that people like this are not able to coexist in the system of this country, it is not a state supply line but rather a courtesy which should be a quality in customer service.

It's no longer the dollar three it used to be, a lot of mess and waste; it's more expensive!!! I didn't find what I was looking for... It's a shame.
