Terrible service today 09/28/2023 at 11:30 by the manager I just went and can't buy because I was going to pay with a 100 dollar bill the cashier asked me if I had more change I told her no and she called to the manager, I thought she didn't have change and he would bring her after I waited a few minutes the supposed manager arrived and told me the same thing that if I had more change I answered no and it was the only thing I had and he told me I couldn't receive my money because it had to be bills of 50 or less, showing me a piece of paper that was on the left side of the box which was already torn where, as it said, that indication really seemed in bad taste to me and it bothered me a lot because they are not giving me anything I'm paying, first time I go to a place and they tell me that it was super annoying and I didn't buy anything I left everything there lying in the box, suggestion they should put a big sign on the door saying they don't accept high bills so you can save money bad time and wasting time looking for what you need, standing in line to pay and being told that they don't receive cash because it is a $100 bill

Horrible experience in this place, they treated me terribly, they almost chased me away with my little dog, who is clearly a tiny Service Animal! I don't recommend it, they have bad customer service, they should be more humane.

THIS IS THE BEST DOLLAR TREE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. THE STAFF IS EXTREAMLY HELPFUL AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE STORE IS ALWAYS STOCKED AND VERY ORGANIZED. THE STORE MANAGER IS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.
