This was my first time stopping in here on my way home from a doctors appointment. Getting ready to check out and the cashier #1 line was down the aisle. Saw another employee and asked her if she was going to open a 2nd register and she looked directly at me and walked away not responding, then she returned and went behind register 2, so again I asked are you going to open up and she still wouldn't respond. So I said so when someone is speaking to you you're not going to respond, at this time 2 people left the line in disgust and others saying how rude and disrespectful she was for not answering. She went behind register 2 but did not open and I asked her again so the young lady on #1 answered no she's not going to open. So we customer's all asked so she's just not going to say anything when customer's are asking her questions. Will never ever stop in here again. Why is she working there if she won't speak to the customer's, absolutely disrespectful and no customer service skills, unprofessional as well. Not a good representative for your store. All dollar trees I've been to employee's are friendly and courteous. She definitely needs retraining to start with because I would not want someone to lose their job but if you don't want to be there then don't.
