It works very poorly. The manager is very despotic and does not have appropriate methods for treating her employees. It is a very harassing and aggressive place to work. The staff there is good but the person who directs it hurts and damages in such a way that it is totally impossible to work.
Bad work environment, management is awful and do not treat employees accordingly. Hostile and aggressive working place. Whether they got good personnel the manager who runs it mistreats and harasses the employee making it impossible to work.
Don't go work there!
