Store is a bit disorganized. The workers there are mostly women and they are not very helpful, they talk among each others very loud and do not help customers. The Cashier that helped me when it was time to give me the receipt.. . I patiently waited, and she stayed staring, looking back at me… I asked her (in Spanish) if the paper of the receipt was over? She said no and continued to stay standing… so in other words, she wanted me to get my own receipt, which I think for a customer to just go over and get a receipt it’s rude but in this case that’s what she wanted me to do….. In my experience, I think she was very rude and not friendly. If you’re that Dissatisfied about your job, then find yourself another.

It was 9:35 pm and they were already taking us out of the store, the closing time is supposed to be at 10, many customers did not let them in, because as the store was closed, it is a lack of respect because we all work the same than them and we keep schedules, apart from the bad face of the cashier. 09/01/2024

I've always loved this dollar tree but recently the staff gets mad at you if you come 2 hours before they close. The ladies there have been rude for the past few months now and they even started closing the store an hour early which I think it's not really fair considering the fact that I leave work at night and I shop at this store almost everyday. On weekdays and Saturdays their time posted on the door is until 10pm but by 9 they have already locked the doors and start kicking everyone out. Last time i came in at 9 on the dot on Saturday before they could lock up I was greeted with immense displeasure saying that I needed to leave immediately and that their registers were already closed up. I told them I would take 5 mins and that the store closes at 10 but they still refused to work. I used to love this dollar tree but this staff definitely needs a reality check. Either change the posted times on the door and online or have these employees actually work their shifts until closing.

I am disabled so I get delivery from Instacart. I just got item from there with lots of snacks and they are all over a year out of date. They smell rancid too. Like old waxI'm never buying any food from them anymoreIf they can't check the dates. They will make people sick. What a waste of money, and I'm on SSI
