I had to leave a cart full of stuff because I needed to use the bathroom. It just isn't right to not have a bathroom available for their customers. They claimed they were broken but so many places say this, I really don't believe it anymore.

Clean, stocked and organized store however, most employees don’t speak English not very helpful lines so long it stops in the aisles instead of calling for backup. More employees are in the store on their phones playing loud music stocking the shelves instead of helping the customers in line.

The lines are 2 long every day & they only opens 1 cash register & they see the long lines and keep 2 register closed idk what is going on!

The worst longest lines ! Very under staffed they only really have 2-3 employees working . They always have only 1 cashier . This company doesn’t care about their employees. I feel bad and sad for them . They should get a raise for dealing with rude customers and the company only has 1 cashier to check out . Some people only have 2 items or less and have to wait in a long line all the way back to the aisles! It’s very long wait . The time is out of pocket ! Please pay your employees better and hire more people to work

I had such a great experience at Dollar Tree! A colleague recommended this location, letting me know they carried some handy hardware items like screwdrivers—and to my surprise, they really did have a solid selection!
Paulina, the floor associate, was so kind and welcoming—her beautiful smile truly lit up the store and added to the positive vibe. At checkout, Marisol did an amazing job managing the line with patience and efficiency. She was super pleasant and made the whole process smooth.
Dollar Tree continues to impress with its variety, helpful staff, and commitment to making every visit a positive one!

WHY ARE THERE SO MANY expired items???
I tell the cashiers and managers & they put all the items back on the floor!!!!!!! This is disgusting!!!!!

Yesterday I pay with a 50 dollars bill and the cashier sent a young man to check the ticket to check if it was true or false, but the ticket was taken to an office behind closed doors where I could not see it anymore. Obviously I had no problem but the money must be checked in front of the client. Because if the ticket has a problem, I would think they changed it. That seemed to me a huge mistake from the store.

One person working the register decides to blow up 15+ Balloon balloons, which would not be a problem as it’s part of their services however you failed to acknowledgment the 6 plus people waiting in line. They finally open another lane and don’t take into consideration the first at least three people that have been waiting for 10 minutes. There’s no acknowledgment, ,no organization or management. A brand new stores are maybe you think they would put him a little bit of effort.

The first time I was robbed at this location.
Instead to charge me $3 I was charged $30.
The second time after I was waiting in line the lady decided to close the lane at the register.

This store seems to always be clean, not alot of clutter. The cashiers are attentive and not all of them know English which isn't their fault so people should be patient or use a translator on their phone.
