I have been a patient of Dr Duncan garcia for over 8 years and now through this program I get to have even better attention . She is thorough respectful and very empathetic . She adds the human touch to her practice and that is what makes the difference . Her staff as well . They are very efficient and responsive . She helped me through COVID in Dec of last year and all virtually . Her constant follow ups and advice was key to my getting better . Took a while but I made it and thanks to her guidance . For ever grateful !

Dr. Duncan-Garcia truly cares about my health and takes the time to hear me, no concern of mine is small or dismissed. I have never met a better doctor than her. Terrible, terrible office staff. Left message on Friday ( after being on hold for 40 minutes). No return call. Called Monday and again left message and on hold for 45 minutes when they picked up hung up. Called back and after 30 minutes finally spoke to a woman who said they are not taking new patients (Cigna website says differently) due to the pandemic. I guess people don’t need doctors during the pandemic, What a complete waste of hours dealing with this provider. I wonder if the Doctor knows how poorly run the office staff is!
