If I could give it 0 stars, I would give it, but it is mandatory to give 1 even if it is just to give an opinion, and that is what I will do. I went with my sister to buy some shoes for her, which a few days later I saw cheaper ones in another store, original and inclusive with its box, something that this store did not have. I went to return them, there were not even 10 minutes of use, I only put them on to try them on in the store, and then approximately 2 minutes at my house, to see how it turned out with the clothes, and the manager despised this store, he refused to return them, because of the sole, which was the same as when we bought it. I don't understand where when you try them on in the store they tell you that they are already used... YUCK

Who ever that guy that works today had a really bad attitude. I bought a nike shoes for my husband and had to do an exchange because the size that i got was 10 and my husband size is 10.5. I got the same pair and when I was in the counter, i just realized that the shoes just pick up for the exchange had a stain on it. So i asked him if they have other pair with the same size and he said not. Then I told him I cant get the shoes with stain in it, then he look at the shoes that I bought back and told me that the shoes has been worn, he just assumed. I told him my husband did not even tried it on when he saw the shoe size in the box because theres no point of trying it. He wanted me to get the shoes with a stain because he said the shoes that I bought back has been worn.I said no and just got the same shoes with 1inch bigger. Its very frustrating. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

I love that store, it is located on Coral Way in a small Mall. It has many varieties of shoes and good prices. The staff is excellent, especially a Hispanic man and some very young girls who are cashiers. Very professional and a treatment that deserves all the recognition. 👏🏼💯🙏🏼
