I was so disappointed in the service I received at this store location. First the VIP members receive a special gift. Gift were located near the register and they had plenty.Sales associate didn’t mention it or offer. One of my items that was on clearance with yellow tag, the store register charge me regular price. When I mentioned it to the sales associate, she looked bothered, she didn’t even want to take the time to help or ask management team for assistance. She said there is nothing I can do. I ask if she can get someone to double check for me she said no and than she said your not understanding me, their is nothing we can do. I will not nor my friends and family visit this location again. She didn’t have a smile when I first approached the register nor greeted me. No one should be treated this way.

Wonderful facility and workers. I have never been treated rude or disrespectful. Whenever I have had an issue they handle it fast and without complaints. Nowadays, it is very difficult to find good companies that treat the customer right.

I went to DSW Saturday and I received great service. The only problem was that my shoe size wasn’t available in many of the styles, however, the gentlemen at the front was hardworking and helped me find certain areas and designers who carrried my size. Also, was nice enough to tell me different locations that also might Carry the shoes. I was impressed with the fact that he was so diligent about the shoes and how he would be able to get the right size for me.

I just received an awful customer care at the register! The guy who rang me up asked me twice if I want to give my email or phone number to sign up for their program and I politely said no! Then her rolled his eyes and continued only to hand me the torn shoe box without a bag and told me they ran out of bags! I noticed someone is bringing more bags behind him and hung around for the next lady at the register to give me a bag for my purchase! Is he expecting me to walk into other stores with a torn shoe box!! Bad customer service! Badly done.
