Does management know that their employees eat the donuts that are for sale to the public? Went today to pick up an order and I watched the exact moment when the male employee at the counter ate one donut that was on display. If that’s what happens at the counter I cannot imagine what happens behind closed doors then.

Dunkin Donuts don't make French Cruller donuts anymore. I was told that they stopped making the donuts last year.

Staff super nice and place clean - but only issue No Donuts on the day I visited (Friday; 11/17/23 morning) they only had one kind of donut (strawberry frosting). Coffee was great!!

This is my second time coming to this location and it's closed. Hours say 5am and it's now 5:15am. I don't recommend this place if you're on a schedule. Needless to say I did not receive my online order.

Not sure if Dunkin does an award for worst Dunkin but this one should be nominated. Always late or behind. Donuts always old and iced coffee is questionable at best. Somebody come help these folks

I just wanted to take the time to thank you guys for always having the best service at the kendall drive store!The manager and all the girls are amazing, they always make me feel welcome, this is the only Dunkin I ever go to because of them!100% recommend !!!

Best Dunkin location in sw miami. These guys do a great job. Fast and great service. Management cares and you can tell immediately. It's still Dunkin don't expect anything more.

Closed at 6:00pm when the dunkin app says closes at 8:00pm. This is the second dunkin in a row Owenton to that was closed.
