I live out of town and could not attend the funeral service for my aunt who passed away, but wanted to send something to my cousins. After looking on their website, I called EA in Pinecrest and asked them about their same day service.
They made ordering so easy (especially Jasmine and Gladys) and the delivery came exactly as scheduled. My cousins were thrilled by the gift and I was thrilled knowing that my money was well spent on a location with great customer service and follow through! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Recommend!
I placed an order three days ago, expecting it to arrive today for Valentine’s Day, but the entire day has passed, and nothing has been delivered. To make things worse, the tracking system on their website has been down all day, so I had no way to check the status of my order.
I called over 18 times, and not once did I get a response. No updates, no support—just complete silence. This was supposed to be for a special occasion, and now I’m left with nothing. Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unacceptable.
If you’re considering ordering from here, think twice. I wouldn’t trust them with another important order.

I placed an order for same day delivery at 11:33 AM and it arrived around 1:30! They called to confirm with me that the person who I was delivering for would be present before they sent out the order which was nice. I was a little nervous because the website tracking made it seem like they had not started my order, but they had the website just was not reflecting that. Will use again!

I totally forgot my moms Birthday, and couldn't order anything i wanted online so i decided to come over during lunch to see what they had in store. I am so happy and grateful I did because I was able to get a way nicer arrangement, the service was great and the quality was 100%there. Thank you!

Ximena and Linda are the best! I called with a last minute order for my friend’s birthday and they completed it super fast..even though they were about to close. I live in VA and needed this right away and they took care of it. They went above and beyond! They even facetimed me so I could I see the order, which was perfect! The level of service was amazing. I have never had this experience. I will certainly be using them again! Thank you so much. Edible is lucky to have these too! ❤️

Unbelievably bad experience with this store. I placed an order on March 9 and after the person I ordered it for wasn't home, they made no attempt to set up a new delivery or cantact me or them about getting the order fixed. I submitted claims from the online portal 3 times and never heard anything back. Yesterday I finally called to get the story. I talked to an employee named Nicole and she was very defensive saying that they did their job by trying to deliver it, and that if I wanted to get it delivered again I'd have to pay for re-delivery. I told her I'd just dispute the order on my credit card and give them a bad review, at which point she back tracked and said she'd call the store owner to see what they could do. She called me back and said they'd deliver it today with no extra charge. I told my friend to stay home all day because she told me that if they weren't there today this was the last chance and I'd lose my money and the order. Well my friend was home all day today and no one came to deliver it. Such a joke. I'm not calling again. Please don't give this store your business. They are dishonest.

I am giving 1 star because I cannot put 0. This has been surreal. Do not buy from this store. They will take your money and then yelled at you when you call to find out the status of your order. The lady that answer the call literally yelled at me and hang up the phone. The order was delayed more than 24 hours when I called to find out. I was never rude, I just wanted to know because I paid for same day delivery, and she treated me insanely rude. I am now out of my money, the bouquet was never delivered and when I call they answered yelled that they were closed (it’s 4 pm and they close at 7 pm) and hang the phone rudely. Avoid yourself the bad taste I have and buy something else. Crazy expensive and on top of that they mistreat you. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!
