This business is a scam. I s signed for $25 Dollars a month and instantly started charging me $49 ,I spoke with a silly customer service Katherine and she said that they can not return the money because I used once. Is ridiculous

Very good car wash in the western part of Miami. The machines are very new and they do a great job washing cars. The vacuum is excellent and they have great strength. The prices are reasonable. The cheapest wash does a great job.

Great carwash. I love how their vacuums have very strong suction! The employees are very helpful with assistance and super friendly! I look forward to being a regular customer and using this place to keep my cars clean.

They have a balsera chusma with long hair, didn’t get her name, at the kiosk in the front entrance, and she tries to get people on monthly memberships. I said no, politely , and she was rude. She Didn’t speak a word of English, I speak Spanish but anyhow… I feel a bit sorry for anyone that doesn’t speak Spanish that comes to this car wash. Car wash is standard, for 10$ it’s really not much of a value and no extra service at all. Do the 3.99$ car wash at the gas stations and the 1.50$ vacuum… no extra service at this car wash,

The washing sistems are mild and efective..my car end up clean..The line of cars flows pretty quick ..and so quick that at the end you dont find a vacum space tu finish your car and have to leave or wait in some weird spot..there s no soap in the containers of the sink...Some staff at the gates sometimes push too much for the membership

This location signed me up for a membership without my knowledge… I never signed anything, never agreed to a membership, and never even got a sticker….. I’m pretty sure their workers get commission for signing up someone for a membership, and someone signed me up without my knowledge assuming I would never notice…. Months later I noticed the recurring charges, called the office, and they refused to refund me for the money that was taken from me, they only gave me 4 out of the 9 months I was charged for… don’t go here, they steal from people who they think are well off enough to not notice

This is my 3rd month at this car wash and I must say I hate car wash places but the service you get at the Bird road car wash makes you feel at home. From the moment you enter with the young ladies to the experience with Julio the Manager who is always courteous and attentive to our needs. Thank you Julio and your team for always going above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. Great leadership at this car wash. I highly recommend this place.Services: Scratch removal

I needed a nice wash and I always see this place so busy, so I decided to check it out. They have everything for you to wash your car inside and they do the outside. Junior was the attendant as he was so pleasant and I will be returning here again.

If your car is at-least few years old, have minor scratches (fine and/or intermediate), has moderate level swirls marks all over the car's body already and you want a quick wash to get rid of dirts and other things on a regular basis, El Car wash might work for you. It will save you time in your busy schedule.But, if you have a new car (particularly dark colors such as black), and you wish to keep it scratch and swirls free, automatic car washes such as El car wash is a bad idea for you. I got my brand new (few days old) car fine scratched and swirls all over after a single wash at El Car wash. I read it many times on other's reviews but I thought (no logic -_-) it's rare or wouldn't happen to me. If you are lucky, you may get fewer ones, but no way to avoid it. Sands from a dirty car stays in the washing brushes and scratch all the cars washed afterwards (a common issue with all automatic wash I believe), something I didn't notice when I used to get my previous car (7 yrs old model) washed at El car wash, because there were already fine scratches on it for me to notice new fine ones and swirls. Also, I didn't care much with the prev car. I had to get a two stage paint correction done to get rid of those scratches I got after a single wash at El car wash. Anyway, I learnt my lesson and have been doing self or touch-less car washes since, and it's been great tbh. I thought this review might save someone some stress, time and money :)Other things:Couldn't find clean microfiber towels most of the times I went there with my previous car.2 out of 5 times on average the areas near the wheels weren't washed for some reason.The employees are nice though.Update 04-07-2023 (5:30 pm):After getting replies from the owner, I emailed the customer service. I will update this comment once I hear from them.Update 04-28-2023 (3:15 pm):I gave them my email but they never replied.

It's a short tunnel with what seems like a long wait time to go thru the car wash/cleaning process.Once you exit the wash process it's an awkward situation at the vacuuming stations its just too crowded with cars in different angles creating chaos when backing out of the spots.Ohhhh and for some strange reason the black towels that are provided are always for some reason "wet"/"moist" and full of leaves and hair yuk!!!!

This is by far the best car wash in Miami. The staff is always so kind and friendly (even in Miami’s heat), which makes the experience great. They always have amazing promotions, and run a great system. 10/10 recommend.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
