The place is great. I love the way the cars come out the vacuum work the vacuum system works really good. I love my carpets are clean. I like that with the carpet machine. It’s really good. Look at the people very nice here. Thank you.

There is something different about this place. I believe is the people that work here. This is the only location where the manager Xavier goes out and talk to the costumers ask about their experience and ask how they can improve in their services and costumer satisfaction. This trickle downs to all employees. Just today we cross pass outside. I spoke to him about the availability car odors neutralizer that is been out for over 3 weeks. He informed me that his being talking to corporate and they are aware how much the costumer like and look forward to get this little presents every time you take the car there to get clean.Suggestions: Improvements to the time lapse of sense. Bad bad bad service. The car comes out dripping waxed water, and then it is almost impossible to find a rag to dry the car because they pretty much never have them. We pay a membership every month to be able to have a decent carwash. In my personal case, I pay the ceramic one, which is supposed to be a lux one, but I haven't seen the lux yet. The bottom line is that if they started providing a great service (which they did, I have to say), then do not do what almost every business does once they are well positioned in the market. WE THE PEOPLE are the ones who decide who stays and who has to go. Remember SEARS?. Yeap exactly......

I passed by to vacuum my floor mats and ended up accidentally sucking up one of my personal belongings. The gentleman sweeping around directed me to manager who went above and beyond to help. Alex, the assistant general manager, quite literally stuck his hand up the vacuum and retrieved it for me. He was an amazing guy being really friendly and reassuring that he could get it back AND HE DID. He handed it back to me in perfect condition and i was soo grateful. Thank you sm to Alex and everyone at El Car Wash for the superb service. ?♀️?Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Expensive and low-quality if you just go for a single wash. Perhaps it would be better if you buy a monthly membership and go several times a week, but it really didn’t clean out car as well as a $20 wash should. We almost went inside to ask for a refund or second wash, but it was SO BUSY that we decided to just eat the cost rather than spend the time waiting in line.

The worse el car wash in Miami, they do not provide towels no more, due to the ubication it takes very long too get in and once in the car wash does not work and had o go around for the second time for aother 30 mins wait.Horrible.Service: Auto detailing

They damaged my car at the Palm Beach Gardens locations. Agreed to pay for repairs and later refused when they found out it would cost more since they need to go through grill to fix the damage. Poor customer service and business practices. The General Manager Gil refused to provide owner information or where to escalate complaints. Will be proceeding with Google reviews and others. It is important for customer to understand how EL Car wash conducts business. Local Management approved and parts were ordered. Once work began and they saw it would cost them $250 more they refused to pay. GM Gil refuses to provide principal owners to pursue claim. Plan on following up with claims and also customer reviews. Customer need to know about your business practices. I am an honest man who retired to Florida. Though they are a new business with a great idea, they have grown too fast. Their GM and others don't understand how to provide good customer service. They are also limited on the negative impacts of bad reviews.

I always wash the car at El car wash, today 1-31-23 in this place there were no towels to dry the parts of the car that the dryer does not dry, this one in this place, I don't come back anymore, I go where I've always been and there's always towels.

Just out of tunnel a few minutes ago and it was not properly removing the foam. I heard the water noice but not water on the front of my car.

Took my new car here and left with 4 scratches plus other smudges I assume from the wax. Stay away. Don't make the same mistake I did. New car with scratches so soon. Thanks El Car Wash
