We were offered 4 paellas with a bad smell and hard rise, not well cooked. The manager offered a discount of 1 paella , it should have been 2.The waiter got the order messed up multiple times.Tiny micro portions on the starters. They even had the audacity of charging 18% tip.

Yesterday, March 31, for the first time, 8 members of the family went to eat and we had very bad luck: 4 raw seafood paellas with a bad smell. The administration discounted just one because they said the oven broke and they have the nerve to charge very expensive. and when we got to the house we voted for it because it looked bad, it was so they wouldn't have collected it, it's a lack of respect on my part, I'll never go back there again

The paella was “good”, the cod croquettes were very good, the octopus tapa was cut very thin and not enough, the service was neither good nor bad, the waiter (the boy) made a mistake with some things and was not very pleasant. The manager was very attentive when we told them that the paella was a little hard.

What a quaint little restaurant tucked inside a gas station convenience store! We just ordered a bunch of different tapas to get a taste of everything. It was all amazing! Felt like we were in Spain:)UPDATED REVIEW:Came back to Miami and of course, had to stop at el carajo! We had a birthday dinner celebration and it was the perfect spot to do so! Service was above and beyond, food was spectacular, and the vibes were great! Thank you El Carajo for another unforgettable dinner!

Had not been back for years and last night looking for a place nearby our drive, decided to go since we liked it before. Sadly we were extremely disappointed and we let our server know. She just asked if we wanted something else, obviously we didn’t, after what we had experienced. The garbanzos were dry, no taste, horrible as can be, we ended up having to put some olive oil, to eat them we told her they were not good. The codfish croquetas must be factory made, no good either. We let another couple who sat next to us know. We are not improvised foodies, we have been to Spain, many times, to all the Spanish restaurants in Miami too….. I thought I had been to tasteless ones before but this one won them all. Sorry that’s the truth, and as owners you should look into what happened last night, so it does not happen again. Unfortunately I will not go back nor recommend.

I adore this place. Anytime I have visitors in town, I take them here - but give no context about where we are going except "spanish tapas." And it is always such a surprising treat! This is a small place, so if you are going on a holiday or weekend, I highly recommend calling for a reservation. Service is always fantastic. I highly recommend the: bacon wrapped dates, bread with tomato, garlic shrimp, chorizo cooked in wine, and the vegetable platter. I truly have never tried one of the entrees here, because I am always down to share a bunch of small plates. Overall, such a unique but DELICIOUS location!

We were always curious about the name of it and we love Spanish cuisine so we decided to go. A family of four. We got cheese tapas, a meat board, garbanzos, octopus, and the Al carajo crepe Everything was fantastic. The place is a hidden gem. Highly recommendedKid-friendliness: Family and kid friendly

This is only for the takeout. It’s so weird that it’s a gas station and a real restaurant in the same place. Only in Miami. I like the vibe and the friendly service.

Food is good was better before., Lunch offerings were significantly different. Understandable changes in all merchant restaurants given which have become more like price gouging the public/ customers. Mainly small portion tapas & dinner menu with a lunch portion notations. Outside vending "ventanita" had over the counter items prices like $7.00 for like 3 ounce containers of tiramisu & other deserts. Definitely not a place to re-visit better options are available even with the given price gouging we are all facing.

Today we ate and we loved it, the only thing I have to say is that my dish was a little salty, maybe it's my palate that is used to low salt. Next time just say that they make it low salt. Finally we will
