Excellent customer service, so friendly, we spent a wonderful New Year's Eve stay there.The room with a beautiful design .Beginning from the front desk , the restaurant, the breakfast, everything I liked it.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired and would highly recommend not staying there!The first room assigned had a strong, foul odour and the bedsheets were blood-stained.The second room had an ant infestation.The third room was ok, but the walls were thin as the people next door could be heard late into the night.The breakfast did not have a lot of variety for people with food sensitivities and it looked old and stale.Overall, the experience was a disappointing start to the holidays.

This hotel was great! I went for cosmetic surgery, which required at least a week stay & it literally was the best stay ever!! From the location, to the staff, everything about the Element Miami Doral was wonderful!! They upgraded us to a one bedroom suite for free because my hubby mentioned that I was in town for surgery, all complimentary! The day of my surgery, when Me and my family pulled in front of the hotel, the staff ran out almost IMMEDIATELY with a wheel chair for them to wheel me in! Gosh even the guest were concerned about my wellbeing! Everybody was so nice! They even had a cheese/wine night on Wednesday/Thursday which gave my family something to do while here! Their restaurant food (107) was also good! On the day of my preop, housekeeping was cleaning my room while I was walking in, they literally cleaned everything as quickly as they could so that we could go ahead and come inside of our room, they were very understanding & whenever we needed extra anything they did not hesitate! I have nothing bad to say about the Element, everything was absolutely perfect! They made everything 100 times better! I would highly recommend this hotel for vacations, they are kid and pet friendly!! Thank you so much to the staff and management! You guys were absolutely awesome! And you made my trip 1 million times easier!! I forgot to mention their free breakfast OMG, everything is made fresh, it’s nothing like you’d get at a restaurant..it’s a million times better!Rooms: Big and nice! Updated!

The hotel is great, I have stayed a couple of times and the rooms are super spacious, and the service is great.I will definitely keep staying at the Element Hotel whenever I visit miami

Location wasn't good at all. Bed was comfortable and we loved the avocado toast bar at breakfast. Rooms looked and smelled old. Room decor was mediocre and layout was awful. Sofa bed had seen too many days. Wouldn't stay here again.

Not the best, it is ok for a short stay. The rooms are clean but lack TLC. You can see al corners beat along with the floors. The carpets need cleaning in the corridors. Overall, the hotel looks like it is in need of TLC. The breakfast was good and abundant. Not at all cheap.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! THEY GIVE YOU COMPLIMENTARY WATER THAT THEY REFILL AQUAFINA BOTTLES WITH...THE ALARM IN THE HOTEL WENT OFF 3 TIMES WHEN I WAS THERE..HENSE, NO SLEEP. GOT UP IN THE MORNING AND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. THE SHEETS FELT LIKE SAND PAPER. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

And just like that came back for business and stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Immediately upon check in I inquired if Mr. Jose would be working for the evening reception. I was so happy to see he was there and as always he makes you feel right at home. Mr. Jose you are AWESOME!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

Believe it or not my young adult children love the E. My son has done 2 art classes there. My daughter and her spouse had dinner there. They love the ambience, the meal, and the service. I Love that it's conveniently located, easy access entering and exiting. I will have to book a room to rate the rooms.

close to the airport and two major shopping centers: Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall. In addition to other great stores nearby, such as Best Buy. Free parking, simple breakfast but with fresh and hot food. The hotel is fairly new and very well maintained. But the best part of my stay was being welcomed by Sebastian Cardoso. My flight was delayed and I could only check in at 6am the next day. Sebastián was quick, attentive and willing to help. not to mention that he had the patience to look for some packages of purchases that I made. if it's worth it? obvious! I hope that you will be assisted by Sebastián Cardoso. Everything will be fine.Rooms: Size much larger than the average found in Miami. Large bathroom, good shower with hot water always available. The room has a small kitchen. It has everything for a short stay. not to mention the silence and the very comfortable bed.

The house keeping here LIED and said my room smelled of smoke ( I don’t smoke ) reported that I had a candle ( from Bath and body works as a gift never been lit) said I request too many towels ( They don’t ever bring face towels just dry towels and floor towels ) and to add insult to injury said there is dog feces every where , I took pictures , asked the Manager to walk up with me to see the room where all these allegations are everything but true , I’ma ambassador status here with Marriott with a clean record ! I’ve never not once since 2017 had someone lie on me for no apparent reason. Yes I do ask for towels , yes I may have a pizza box at the door to be discarded but to LIE & say all those diminishing things about me was so disheartening and obviously stereotypical behavior because I’m an African American that has never smoked nor had a traffic ticket ! I will be leaving tomorrow! I wouldn’t dare give that lazy house keeping one more chore to do as if it’s not her jobNoteworthy details: Old carpet that stinks & needTo be replaced
