My car was broken into failed attempted theft. They damaged a lot of the interior of the car, as well as smashed the window and messed with the ignition. Elite specialist repaired it in a very reasonable timeframe. The communication was really good, and the staff was always professional, informative, and friendly when I spoke to them.

They did an amazing job. My car was rear ended pretty bad and they fixed in 15 days. it’s looks like new again. This one is not my first experience with them and both were great!!! I recommend this place 💯! Everything was done thru GEICO insurance which is also very good and has a fast solution for any situation!!!

I took my car to this repair shop based on a Geico recommendation. Unfortunately, their communication was poor. They only called and texted once on April 30th to say the car was ready, which I missed. They didn't try to contact me again until May 6th. When I finally spoke with a woman from the office named Anita, she was very rude, stating the car had been ready since the 30th and that I would have to pay for an extra week of my rental car. This resulted in an unexpected $275 charge.
On the positive side, the actual repair work seems to have been done well. Also, Anthony at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
However, I cannot recommend this shop due to the terrible customer service from the office staff, particularly Anita and Oscar. Their lack of timely communication led to unnecessary additional expenses.

Karina at the front desk received my vehicle and made note of all damage that needed to be fixed. She told me someone from Elite Collision would call me before doing work to confirm everything was covered that we went over. I stressed the importance of that, explaining I don't want to use my deductible unless everything was covered. I never received the call, only a call stating the work was done. They only fixed 1 of the 3 things I needed fixed, and because they didn't tell me until it was done, they stripped my of the possibility to communicate with them and my insurance to make sure everything was done correctly and completely. I don't recommend working with a company that can't communicate or hold to their word about calling a client before doing the work like this. Unprofessional.

Elite Collision Specialist - Excellent Service!
Elite Collision Specialist did a fantastic job repairing the bumper of my Porsche after it was damaged in a minor accident at the auto train station in Lorton, Virginia. Their attention to detail and professionalism really impressed me. If I’m ever in the Miami area again and need bodywork, I’ll definitely be returning to them. Highly recommend!

DONT COME HERE!!for my 20.5k subscribers on YouTube and TikTok and other customers. id like to express my disappointment from this business unsatisfactory level of service. Unfortunately, I can't help but submit this Review.
{{you’d think a big company like Geico using this place as a third party to get repairs done in a timely matter with great service.thats was far from the case here.it took this shop almost 4weeks yes 4weeks to replace a dodge charger front number(Not a Bentley or Rolls Royce) and one headlight .can you imagined if there were engine or electrical work needed}} the worst part is they lie a lot about updates which they claimed to communicate with the insurance company when they don’t.id had to call everyday other day asking for updates on the car,they say anything to get you off the phone.the manager there had the nerve to play the victim and act like customer is in the wrong for being frustrated when my questions couldn’t be answered directly and given the run arounds.DONT choose this location or this company.hopefully Geico realizes this is a liability and partners with someone else.

The management team is extremely helpful and dedicated to helping their customers. They do work with insurance companies and get the job done asap when vehicle parts are available. Turn around time is good, but based on materials being available. They use nearby mechanic and other businesses to get their job done. Enterprise Rental is available at this location. Staff is attentive and willing to help and keep you up to date with your vehicle's status. Parking spaces are limited as well as street parking. It is located in an industrial area.

This has been the best experience at a body shop I’ve ever had. The place is super neat and clean when you walk in. The employees are really friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and even called me with updates about my car. The car came out looking like a brand new car! They detailed it and everything. Love this place.
