I just closed a listing last week with my seller who was selling and Buying in another state and Mark was the buyers lender. We had several hiccups during the transaction that caused delays. A lot of the issues were out of Marks hands and with the underwriter but mark always stayed in communication with me and kept me updated. He even got on the phone with my seller and my sellers agent in the state my client was buying to make sure everyone was on the same page. Mark kept a cool and calm demeanor even when we were at our most stressful point of the transaction. Mark was an overall pleasure to work with.
