Staff is nice but this is an awful experience. We waited over an hour for our car, as did the people who we were in line behind. Do yourself a favor and pickup/drop off directly at an enterprise location, not an enterprise location at a hotel that doesn’t have the vehicles at it.

Service was very friendly here and we were on our way quickly. The price was right and it was a quick ride over from the cruise port.
