This is the worst Enterprise. We made a reservation, we came from another state and when we arrive to this place 3011 NW 36th Street, Miami,FL. 33142, no reservation, Customer service horrible, no managers, no supervisors available. This is the worst!! The girl at the front desk very unprofessional, treating customer horrible. How enterprise hired people like this!, specially if we are tourist from other state. They know how to take the reservation but don't know how to HOLD the reservations. this happened a couple of times, learn to HOLD the reservations. Hours later NO CAR YET!!!
