Hello, how sad that a company, the employees lie to you, sent a box on November 12th and until today, November 16th, my box has not been sent. The staff that serves you tells you lies, that it has already been collected. It's already out, ctc... and it's not like that... I don't recommend this shipping agency anymore, I don't know if it changed owners or management but what a terrible service, I would like Know where my box is to pick it up?... I give it a Star because I can't give it - minus 00000, what a frustration and what a disappointment with this Company, my recommendation, look for another company that is more reliable and that delivers 😪😪😪😪😡😡 😡😡😡, I hope to have an answer on Monday that they will deliver my box on time, and not have to wait for my return...Read the reviews before sending, change offices if necessary, because the one in Kendall US 1 is no longer reliable, change of owner and staff...unreliable
