Terrible experience with this shipping company. I've purchased a dresser from Target and shipping has been through this company. Twice now the delivery had to be refused upon arrival due to damage but even before that just getting the delivery to my door was horrible. They claim to not find my address multiple times although it's directly found on Google maps and no other company has any issue. They've also just shown up at my apartment building unannounced and with no indication delivery had even been scheduled. Unfortunately my apartment will not allow large package delivery unless they make contact with the tenant on the shipping label and since I was unaware, I was not available. This is the 3rd time I've tried to get this dresser and the arrival date was supposed to be today. The tracking hasn't updated for a week and no one can tell me any further information as to when it will arrive although I've escalated via chat and email. Good luck getting your packages (and without damage) if this is the company assigned to deliver your order.

The gentlemen delivering my mattress arrived perfectly on time. They were polite, respectful of my home, kind, and efficient. Everything one needs and wants in a delivery team.

Estes is a delivery service that services large packages. I ordered a desk from Target that was being delivered to my house using this service. Originally, the order stated the delivery date would be July 17th 2025. Well much to my surprise, they delivered it much earlier on July 3rd 2025. Estes is a good service because they text updates on whereabouts your order is, and one can also use the tracking number at any time. They also send email updates. They delivered my desk in the box safely. My only feedback is while I knew that they would deliver the package near the garage-- they delivered the package and placed it right in front of the garage and there is a car located in that garage that we use, and we had to go out that morning. With 2 people, we had to move the package using a hand truck to safely get the package in the garage. While we managed that, the delivery person should have maybe put the package more towards the house, or in between our garages. Hence the 4 stars! Other than that tho, highly recommend!

Delayed once probably of no fault of their own. Constant good communication after the initial delay. Wish the driver could’ve put the boxes in the backyard. Someone was there and we had the gate open, but the storage shed boxes were too heavy for a single person (the driver) to do it. Maybe have at least 2 people for heavy deliveries?

The delivery person was friendly and willing to work with us to deliver the package into our garage through the alley. It went very smoothly and quickly.

Got a new toolbox from Walmart that they use Estes to deliver. No issues really. Driver was a later than I was led to believe he would show up. Other than that he was very courteous. Rolled the toolbox into the garage for me. Stripped it off the pallet took the pallet and we went our separate ways.
