In January 2024 I contacted 2 local Interior Designers to design
& build a sofa that met certain requirements. Neither returned
my call. My sister, who is a professional, licensed Interior Designer in Maryland, recommended Ethan Allen. I called &
spoke with Interior Designer Lisa Sokol. That was my lucky
day. From the very first day, she worked with me to
accomplish my goal. There were a few challenges & hurdles
to get past but with her & my patience, my new sofa, meeting
each requirement, was delivered a few months later.
Further, her workshops that worked on modifying the sofa, the
men who delivered the sofa were all professional. The
only problem was that I wanted a particular Crypton fabric
which Ethan Allen did not carry so I had to call & order the
fabric from another source. However, Lisa saw to it that
the workshop(s) did a professional job using the fabric
to upholster my new sofa. The end result is that I got what
I wanted/ needed & I met Lisa, a really great Interior Designer.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa Sokol on remodeling the inside of my house. This consisted of designing the layout and furnishings of 2 bedrooms, living room, family room, dining room and outside furnishings for the patio and yard. In addition she also designed the window treatments and various types of wall paper throughout the house. The professionalism and talent she possesses in this field is amazing. Everyone that sees my house is so impressed by the design and products she selected.She definitly possesses a skillset that is at the top of her field.

Do NOT depend on Ethan Allen anymore. The quality is NOT like years ago. We bought some pieces and the wood began to chip off almost immediately on the chairs and buffet table. They blamed it on us even though we had the furniture for a few months only. We spent a fortune on the pieces and we've called several times to no avail. They failed to fix the furniture and they keep telling us they'll call us back. They certainly haven't offered to return or replace any of four damaged pieces. It's a shame but the customer service is just as bad as the furniture quality. My advice, go elsewhere. It's not worth the price or the frustration!

My husband and I both love the quality and elegance of Ethan Allen furniture. However, it wasn’t until we found the right designer services , that we were able to really get the wow effect. Over the last several years , we are working closely with Lisa Sokol from EA, on our home interior design, project by project. Lisa brought a lot of expertise on interior design , helped us with construction remodelling ideas as well as colors and functionality. We love how our home looks now! Highly recommend Lisa’s design service!

My husband and I were in EVERY brick-and-mortar furniture store in Miami- we didn’t see anything we liked and the quality was just so-so. Then we went into Ethan Allen and met Alex Garzon. After browsing around, speaking with Alex, and describing our vision for our master bedroom and dining room- we worked together to make it happen! It took several trips into the store to pull all the ideas together. Alex was always helpful in answering my many questions and adding his design input. I ordered swatches and they arrived the next day. Lastly, Alex completed a to scale room rendering, which really helped us visualize the space. Highly recommend this store and Alex!! We are looking forward to when our new furniture arrives………..

I have always heard nothing but good things about Ethan Allen. In 2019 I was finally able to purchase all new furniture for our new townhouse that we purchased. I am so happy with the furniture but also the wonderful job that Alex Garzon did with helping us to pick out the products for our home.Thank you for everything, I'm a very happy customer.

I was not offered the bottoms on the back of the sofa at the moment of purchase. When I noticed that the option was included on the price of the sofa, I was told it was too late to add them up.I contacted the regional supervisor in Florida, and all she offered was to take the sofa back to the warehouse to have the bottoms added for a total of $800.00, which were to be paid by me. On top of that I was to wait 5 months for that task to be completed.I ended-up keeping the sofa that cost me $3,000 despite I’m not happy with it.I completely unhappy with the way Ethan Allen staff handled this purchase. I chose Ethan Allen with the impression they were more professional and attentive with the clients’ needs making sure we clients are happy.I don’t think I will ever again make a purchase with this store in Florida. Bad designers, poor management!!! I had the worst experience with them.I give them 1 star. They deserve zero!!!

The service received at this store was very bad! The order was delayed for months and months; there was no follow up from the store. The delivery of the furniture was made by irresponsable, employees who did not know how to ensamble the expensive furniture that we just purchased. The store then; sent other people who did not know how to ensamble the bed, being rude with us and leaving our house without being able to ensamble the bed. We are very disappointed with the service received from Ethan Allen! At the end we were forced to find someone able to ensamble our bed. The store never called us back or attempt to resolve the problem. Very disappointed.

We bought our living room furniture as well as several other pieces and it's been a night mare. They brought us the wrong sized table and we called them to pick it up and they said they would and never did. We called several times they told us too much time had passed and that they wouldn't take it back. On top of that one of our hairs came with a scratch and we're still waiting for them to send someone to fix. I expected better customer service from Ethan Allen. So not worth it!!
