Terrible experience ... I’ve been dealing with them for four years now and each time I need to renew my policy it’s been difficult and a complication with everything. This time they really upset me for the last time when they quoted me on my vehicle insurance renewal for one vehicle at over $1,000 per month. I finally had the time to go online and price check them with several companies and I was able to find a price of $400 per month with progressive insurance, who happens to be a much better insurance company than Bristol West. I received better service, lower cost and much better coverage. I called Teresita, the agent at Express Insurance, immediately, within less than 10 minutes and told her not to process my payment and application “to withdraw.” Of course it was a complication. Teresita told me to send her proof of my new insurance, I had to call Teresita multiple times for her to cancel and withdraw my application, which she then proceeded to slam the phone and hang up on me and processed the application anyways. She drafted the money from my bank account, after I explicitly told her not to because I was purchasing from Progressive. Now I have to go through a a difficult process to cancel my policy with Bristol and receive a refund. After this fiasco I went ahead and put a complaint with Bristol and a complaint with the State of Florida for all the aggravation they have caused me. I was with them for 4 years because I am a loyal customer but now I know it’s better to shop insurance online instead of using these crooked agencies who will stop at nothing to just keep drafting from people’s bank accounts.

Teresita marquetti and Olga are fantastic agents. Olga can easily be reached by email and Teresita has great telephone communication skills. I obtain coverage for my business vehicle and personal vehicle. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Horrible... i have had them for 3 years now and every time i call its a mission. I found another agency and they were so much better regarding service, lower cost and better coverage. Even to cancel was a mission. I call they said to send them proof of new insurance and they will send confirmation and never did. I had to call 2 time for them to finally say yes we got it but it wasnt until following day policy was canceled and less refund to me. Im just glad its over with...

Terrible agency, I called to cancel my policy. I advised them that the rate was to high. I asked them with 15 days notice to make sure that the renewal payment would not draft. It did. when I called to complain about it they told me that i shouldn't have changed and they have to much work to be assisting someone who wasn't their customer anymore. I found a policy with better coverages for $200 less.
