Disappointed in the customer service i received today and the lack of even trying to help. I went online yesterday to see if items were in store. It said was available for instore pick up so i purchased the jeans. The next day i got to the store and theres a line. 8 customer's two chasiers and the store isnt busy at all. I get to the front and twll them i have a online pick up. Im told shes behind on processing. I then ask for an ETA since i needed the item today. I was told there's no way they can check even though i see the papers the young lady are processing for orders. Im told they are in stock in dadeland even though the system said differently just yesterday. I head to dadeland only to be alerted the items are ready for pick up not even 15 mins after leaving. When i get back there's still a line and even though it says skip the line for pick up there's no one there to assist. Holidays are here and i understand its busy this time of year but its slow and you have the manager and 2 staff members is not ok. When i asked im sure my name was next to be processed but instead of checking it was easier for them to tell me they dont know.

It is extremely hot inside the past few times I've gone I had to leave shortly after being inside because I can't stand the heat, it's so intolerable. I can't even change in the changing rooms without breaking a sweat. You guys really need to get the AC checked I can't imagine how the employees must be suffering in the heat for hours. Do better!!!!!

Had some last minute shopping to do for my son and since I procrastinated I was desperate to put together an outfit. Thanks to Mario I left happy with the perfect outfit for my son. He took his time to help me match the clothes. Great customer service.

I had the best experience today with Lucy. I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service at any express!!!!!!She helped me getting pants for work. I told her the type of job I have and didn’t hesitate to recommend or help. I needed some sizes in a certain pants and she went in the back, found them and also brought out more options for me to choose from. Thank you so much Lucy! I look forward to coming to your store more often.

I think this is my favorite Express that I’ve visited so far in South Florida. This store has a great selection of merchandise (especially the sale section in the back.) I was looking for clothes for my internship this summer and everything I found was perfect. The customer service is top tier as well, Kelton was so kind (handsome too) and all the other employees acknowledged us with kindness.

Express is a store that I don’t go too often however, my brother needed a suit for his prom night, he found a pair of pants at Express at Dadeland that he liked so we thought to go this store at The Falls to finish his outfit. We arrived around 7:45pm to the store, spent a couple minutes browsing as we already knew what we were looking then went to the fitting room. My brother was there for approximately 5 minutes and Erica came to tell us the store was closed with the worse possible attitude. I kindly requested if we could have three more minutes to which she responded “he has been there for over fifteen minutes, I opened the door for him”. And kept being very rude to us. However she was talking to other customers and helping them keep browsing. When asked what her name was she said her name was Stephany but we had heard her name was Erica. I understand she was closing the store but there was absolutely no need for her attitude.

I bought 2 tops online and used Express cash to pay. There was a $1.02 balance for tax, which I took from an Express gift card. Instead of using my cash rewards, they took the entire amount from my gift card. When I realized what had happened, it took me 10 phone calls over a number of days, to get it straightened out. The phone reps were not nice, and hung up on me 3 times. My daughter, who purchased my gift card, suggested to stop dealing with the online customer service reps, and call THE FALLS store to see if they could help. I spoke with ERICA, who was AWESOME in every way!!! She listened to me, said she'd try to resolve it, and get back to me. Within 30 minutes she had it all straightened out. I have no idea what her position is in the store, but she needs to be promoted. I was a customer service manager for 10 years, and know what good service is, and ERICA delivered it!!!

Waiting more than 20 min to return one single item because the manager was too busy looking at a book instead of jumping on a register and help her associate who had a line of people . Smh !!! Do better !
