I was in a very complicated situation as I inherited my deceased brother's storage unit. The guys at the Extra Space storage store on Sunset & Galloway in Miami, were super helpful working with me resolving this unit's owed balance. In particular the Store Manager Daniel X. He was extremely helpful and worked with me in helping to coordinate and expediting the termination of the contract. I highly recommend Extra Space and Mr. Daniel X for his work ethics and all around genuine concerns.

Great company starting from Cindy at the call center who was very friendly, informative, courteous, and honest then we went to the location, which is very close to my house and Daniel explained to us the ins and outs. Great location highly recommended.
