Allen & Tony were super helpful and accommodating in finding me a unit that was right for my needs. The prices were super competitive too. On three separate occasions I’ve been Harassed by this employee.
The first interaction was an accusation about me sleeping at my unit, which was false however he did not manage the situation with proper communication. So after that each time I would visit the storage he would GREET ME WITH THE REMINDER THAT I CANT SLEEP IN THE STORAGE, and I have to remind him that I never had.
On a separate visit, I went OUTSIDE, literally passed the gates and walked across the street to take a smoking break (notice how I’m trying to RESPECT the company’s policy) I WAS FOLLOWED BY THE SAME EMPLOYEE & I wasn’t even on the company’s premises! He was saying I couldn’t keep my car there, I told him these exact words “I don’t suppose you would want me smoking at the storage. “ to which he replied “do you have a problem with me?”
I swear, I should’ve recorded the conversation. But from now on, I will record EVERYTHING!
Storage unit 303, feel free to investigate I have nothing to hide and I’m a paying customer who has the LAW by their side.
It was so upsetting, I stopped going there for months!
