So I wanted to come on here and share my disappointment with the company and maybe even this particular store. I loved storing with Extra Space storage as I stored in a few other states moving around. Unfortunately, I felt there was this cold environment from the team not all as some were very sweet but a few just have a cold shoulder. I know this company stands for its values, and always delivers. Unfortunately, this time it set off my expectations the total team and possibly whoever may be in charge need to learn to communicate well. Be alittle more inviting and less intimidating. So detail oriented that it can make someone feel uncomfortable.. This review is more for the company to follow up with since I would hope every one else would have a wonderful experience. I would highly suggest the team to regroup and loosen up not be so tight and professional it really feels too by the book. And getting back on-time with actual regard to customers being a person rather than another phone call or email would be nice. Thank you and I hope this message finds the team well.
