I headed from Publix where the service is superb. I got food for dinner , and I got a call for the need for more food. I stopped at EXTRA with the might to get more. I have to leave because the ladies at Deli didn't see me. They kept all attention on other person even others they arrived after me. Also, they were getting attention to a laborer like they are serving Donald Trump. I don't mind the service that they gave to the laborer if I feel I'm going to be attended though.

I put a star so I can comment, terrible stinky place, buy rotten meat, worst of the worst, I'm going to charge them with USDA, government quality control, how can they sell rotten food to people, this place should be fined and closed.

Buy a complete one. The taste was good. But the service is very ugly. The girl served me very little and was rude. Very bad attitude.

Today 1/22 I bought tamales. Nothing like before, no seasoning, low salt and nothing inside. I also bought Creole Serrano ham and when I got home it was ruined with a rotten stench. They have lost a family as a customer. Check it out. I recommend it to anyone.

Third and last time that I have to change due to poor condition of the product, the first was rotten mayonnaise and twice ham. Once I was served by a “supervisor” with little professionalism and ethics to the point that a cashier had to mediate. Now I go to the “manager” I show him the ham with the smell and he doesn't want to smell it. I send one that had come in new to be chopped that According to his palate, he had no problem. What a fiasco, I don't recommend this place. This market reminds me of how currency stores worked in Cuba. This is Cuba with food.

The smell that is felt in the meat area is very strong and bad, the attention at the checkout is too slow, I advise the self-checkout checkouts are the best they can provide.

I will leave 2 stars because the owner earned himself a star when I was in line and was trying to buy 2 lemons and a watermelon. I only had enough for the watermelon. I just spent the rest of my money on rent and I had no food to my name. I was told I had to put the lemons back, the owner overheard this and immediately paid for the lemons. I was able to get my lemons and watermelon and enjoy a nice meal. That watermelon fed me for 2 days.
I do not want to leave more than 2 stars only because the prices are outrageous. One thing I like is how close it is to where I live, and barely being able to afford gas for my car, makes for convenience, but I'd still rather walk to the Publix on 137th Ave than have to pay $8 for eggs and $6 for a gallon of milk. That is absolutely ridiculous. The cheapest items/fruit in this store is the Ramen and Bananas. That's if your okay with living off $0.39 cent noodles. Lot's can be changed, I think the store would still make great profits if the prices were fairly balanced. Their is no competition in convenience, thus said, lower the damn prices for cryin out loud!

Yesterday my husband and I went shopping at this market and believe me I won't go again, I imagine that the lady was near the checkouts and at the door she is one of the managers, it is disrespectful and unethical. none registering the cart where I was still at the checkout paying, also doubting the cashier who was assisting me with a young but very attentive and polite guy on several occasions she referred to the chlorine and the fabulous thing that was under the cart until I told her to the cashier for Please put the stamp on those two products so that this lady doesn't make any more mistakes with me or with you and I told her that the lady shouldn't be a manager because really without any need we are made to feel very bad as a client when I was making a purchase for 336 dollars, I have a very bad opinion of this place, and the person who helped me was a black-haired, brunette manager.

This market has a very bad appearance, the blonde manager there is an exploiter, she is very disrespectful, I have seen her yell at the employees in front of the public and it is good that they investigate this establishment because the abuse, what about the workers, is not good ok I will follow this matter closely and it is good that you review it
