Hidden gem on the outskirts of lil Haiti! Authentic food, well seasoned, and excellent spice! I ordered the vegetable Roti, (light spice) oxtails, jerk chicken, and homemade rum cake! Everything was tasty and definitely homemade. We were supposed to save the vegetable roti for our lunch the next day but it was too good and got devoured with dinner! Definitely keep B&M in the roster when you want a change up from the usual restaurants in South Florida! It's a yes from me!!

They still make the best Roti in Miami. The downside to visiting this takeout is they have no parking. You must pay to park. The City of Miami is really hurting this business and a few others on the 79th Street corridor. .

One of my favorite for great carribean comfort food. The portions are a nice size and well seasoned. The kitchen is visible and is always spotless!

Look, if you're a fan of Caribbean food, THIS. IS THE. PLACE. TO. GO! Transparency first, the place does not have a lot of space to sit down and eat, it's basically a Jamaican mom & pop shop, with a kitchen in the back. But DO NOT BE FOOLED, the food is TOP NOTCH in this joint. In addition to the food being amazing, the hospitality is remarkable and unsurpassable. The gentleman who is the owner of the store is an absolute darling, and he is so kind and soft spoken! Now coming to the food - the Jamaican Patties are SO SO SO SO SO SO GOOOOOOOOD! Don't sleep on these. Eat some, take some home. We were returning to Chicago the next day, and my friend ordered some telling the gentleman she was going to take some for her kids, and he gave her a bunch of frozen ones so they'd last - I thought that was just such a kind and wonderful gesture! My friends all ordered the jerk chicken roti, and I ordered the goat. They all loved the chicken roti which came with a jerk sauce that was amazing. My goat roti was FANTASTIC, the Daal inside the roti was flavorful, and the goat meat was LITERALLY MELT IN YOUR MOUTH SUCCULENT. I could not get enough of this roti, and took one to go! I also took an oxtail dinner that was finger-licking good! I polished everything off with a Kola Champagne and a Pink Grapefruit Ting drink - mannn, this brought back all the memories of the time I lived in the Caribbean. You can be ABSOLUTELY SURE that every time I visit Miami, I am coming back here, without fail. Every. Darn. Time!!!! P.S - this place serves HALAL meat, so there's that perk too!!!

The owners of this Guyanese establishment were so kind to me today. I ordered the Curry Oxtail and Roti! The oxtail was rich, flavorful and tender, not to mention the roti was fresh and super soft. Listen! I didn't want my food to done. Thank you to hands who prepared this delicious meal! Chefs kiss!

Decided to finally give this shop a try. Sadly it was horrible. As a Jamaican oxtail is my favorite dish and it was thoroughly disappointing. It was cold and had strangest taste not to mention the coloring was a bit off. Nothing savory about it. Threw it away. I couldn't believe this was the almond cake presentation, taste wise it was not bad but not worth it. My first and last time.

The food was delicious. Located in the back of a convenient store. Clean. The owners were extremely friendly, accommodating, and fast service. They have award winning articles you can read while you're waiting for your food. Did I mention the food was delicious?? Lol

Have had the oxtail meal here twice and honestly one of the best I've had. Highly recommend it. I order to pick up.

Chicken soup was magical. Full of spices (but not super hot) and the perfect thing if you want some comfort or aren't feeling well.

While this place is a humble little restaurant the food is very good. Their roti is really good and their oxtail stew is excellent. I recommend this place. Parking is an issue as in non-existant. You have to find parking around the corner

I was really disappointed with my experience at B&M Market & Rhoti Shop. I found the food to be very bland and lacking in flavor. Additionally, I ordered sweet plantains and they were missing from my order. In other words, I paid for plantains that I did not get. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based on my experience. The lack of flavor in the food and the poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hate doing this but...Out of towner who ordered curry goat for myself and jerk chicken for my husband for delivery. There aren't many Jamaican restaurants nearby and was basing on the reviews I read. No salt at all to the curry goat, ordered plantains and got soft rice instead. Underwhelmed and couldn't even finish the food. The 2 stars is because the homemade Sorrel drink was really good.

Had the jerk chicken roti here for lunch and it was incredible. The staff was super nice and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. There is a small seating area if you want to dine in.
