It is a very good company in terms of shipping but one calls a thousand timesand no one answers the phone and you can't even leave mailbox messages because they are full and they don't check them, this is so they have a phone line if they never answer. !

Stay away from this company ! I sent my family 4 items and ONLY 2 items arrived - basically this company stole my gifts to my family in paraguay - DONT use them - WHAT a Shame!! I would give them less than one star !! So upset that my gifts didn’t arrive - they lost GREAT customers!
