FedEx is the worst company you can choose for shipping and this shipping center is one of the many that not only lost my package, but never gave an explanation for it.
Almost every time my family and I have used FedEx, we have regretted it.
My parents made shipments from Spain until they lost two of those shipments.
I placed an order with Apple and FedEx lost the phone that was in that order.
The last time I used the company (not by choice of course) was when I ordered formula for my baby online and they lost it too.
They are so incompetent that I have to make sure every time I place a large online order that this company is not going to be used.
All this without taking into account that the treatment of the public, when it comes to important issues, leaves too much to be desired, especially when they are the ones to blame.
They are pitiful.

Terrible experience with the lady in charge on Saturday.
It doesn't help at all and doesn't give any solution, especially being "seniors" who are not at all friendly.
I would not return to that branch at all.

I usually ask a customer service rep their name. I didn't get it. I know her when I see her, though(glasses, beautiful smile, appeared to be AA/island descent, hair was natural with a lil color). She made my experience superb! I was in and out. It made me feel like I can ship more items via Fedex for my sales.

I guess it was ok,HOWEVER I was directed there incorrectly by the 800 customer service representative. Il needed a location to scan and send documents through fed ex print n go! NOT ship a package!
