Pharmacy doesn't pick up the phone. They let it ring until you give up. The reviews do this place justice. It sucks.

If you're super sick and request "same day delivery" courier service for your prescription- you are eff'ed and not getting anything. Most horrible experience ever. Im in bed dying, this place is a joke.

Items are always overpriced compared to other stores or cvs. They never applied clipped coupons on the account at the checkout. Or coupons don't work

Their pharmacy is waking nightmare, likely due to poor management/training. It's close to my apartment so I still go for essentials, but I have to steel myself every time I enter.

Worst service ever. I've had pharmacists refuse to fill women's health prescriptions here. I just got hung up on because they simply disconnect anyone who is on the line when they take a break. I called well ahead of break time because I need assistance not so I could sit on hold for 20 minutes and get hung up on. Always always late in processing prescriptions and if you go in person expect to be panhandled by homeless at the door. This location needs a corporate visit and overhaul ASAP.

One of the worst. After three years, I said enough and changed insurance companies. Pharmacy staff ... I can't get a handle on. They seem to have a large staff, it's just never enough. Having an appointment for any type of vaccine seems to run ah hour late (no concern for the customer's time). Totally disorganized at pharmacy register. Plan to wait large amounts of time to pick up a prescription. Names about the three positions have no bearing. And don't expect the staff to smile and care....I found just the opposite. If you use the drive up...plan not to use a discount drug card (GoodRx, etc)....your prescriptions are processed only with insurance card.

The worst pharmacy ever. Waited in the drive thru over an hour just to pick up one script. This was after coming three times in 2 days just to get the script right. And I'm a doctor I wrote it right in front of them lol. Incompetent and slow

This place is misleading it said onsite not a drop off, so they can't help you at all.
