I bought a bed furniture a when delivered the person make me sign the paper when I start open the boxes it was not the bed that I ordered they gave me a cheapest one. They used to do that with people just be careful, open your merchandise and then sign the papers. I Had a Very bad Experience with these people

I placed an order for a coat Rack on January 24 the sales person told me he has in warehouse and as soon as i paid the 40 dollars he told me by Monday i can come and pick it up i called Monday afternoon and he said delivery will be late i told him to call me back so i can pick the product today Tuesday. Today nobody called me in the morning so I called back to store and Marcia another person attended the phone i told her about my order and she said all orders were delayed and will be Wednesday i was frustrated because the first person told me a different thing that was the reason i purchased the coat rack there now is not monday is Wednesday i claimed my miney back and she said they don’t do refunds but I don’t have the product because i never get it on Monday she was rude telling me everything was recorded i said ok when i asked her name she said is not my business then i told her that is the customer services ce you provide? After that she gabe me her name Marcia i also asked for the manager name so he can be aware about this and she told me william at this point I don’t know if is true or not i felt robbed for this company and i hope tomorrow i can get my rack coat or my money back.

This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a furniture company. I purchased a bunk bed that was out of stock at the time, based on the salesman’s assurance that it would be back in stock within two weeks. I even double-checked, asking if I should consider purchasing elsewhere if the item wouldn’t be available soon. He assured me that I would have it in two weeks. However, a month and a half passed, and when I spoke with the manager, she refused to refund me, citing a "no refund" policy.
The problem is, they sold me an item they didn’t have in stock and promised it would be available within two weeks, which turned out to be a lie. Instead of offering a refund, the manager forced me to accept a bunk bed I didn’t want, as she refused to return my money.
The delivery process was also incredibly unprofessional. The delivery driver showed up at my apartment unannounced several times, and on one occasion, he arrived on a Sunday without any prior contact. When I called him, he told me he planned to leave the furniture outside my apartment because there were cameras, and he claimed nothing would happen to it. He also mentioned that it was taking up space in his truck. When I contacted the company, they confirmed that they don’t deliver on Sundays, meaning the driver acted on his own.
I had also paid for assembly, but when the driver arrived, he refused to assemble the furniture and simply left it in my apartment. Upon opening the package, I discovered it wasn’t even the furniture I had originally ordered. I immediately called the driver, but he refused to come back and pick up the incorrect items.
This entire experience has been frustrating and stressful. The company’s lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable

Mr. Richard and his guys did an incredible job giving our door the extra jazz it needed. They demonstrated very good customer service by making sure we were satisfied before closing the contract. Richard and his staff are Number 1 in my book. I ordered doors from him for the first time, within 3 days He delivered 20 doors directly to me. Much better quality built than the box stores. And at the same price as the big guys! No delivery fee either. The slabs even arrived with plastic shrink wrap on them to protect them. Quality products, and top notch service. Thanks Richard!!!

Amazing experience from start to finish, found this company on FB and sent a message, an hour or so I was contacted. Chose the doors that I was looking for, and put down a deposit. I was told the lead time is 1-3 business days. Next day I got my new doors delivered, thank you Premium Furniture and team!

This is my second time purchasing from this absolutely amazing place!!!!! Not only has the service always been exceptional, the ladies are super nice and helpful. Answer all my questions and concerns. The quality and price you cannot argue. I got my bedroom set and now this beautiful dinning set that I’m absolutely crazy about!!
