THEY NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN!THE WORST FURNITURE STORE EVER!!I AM STILL WAITIN ON MY FURNITURE REPLACEMENT!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE QUALITY OF FURNITURE!!SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AS I STILL DONT HAVE MY REPLACEMENT AND IS BEEN WEEKS !SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN !!!

This is the worst delivery experience that i have i order a bed frame and i pay for the delivery and installation… they didn’t the installation i been calling them to see when they can pass but the girl that is in there told me the they going to call me back and nobody haven’t call me back is been almost 2 weeks this is unacceptable Because i pay for the installation… i did not recommend this place ?

This honestly doesn't deserve not even a one star rating. Anyone that is going to order from this place I demand you do not! Unless of course you want to be scammed! This all started on 06/28/2021 where I decided to take out a dinning table as well as a vanity from Premium Furniture's and Acima to build my credit. In June when the items were scheduled for delivery I was informed that it will not be delivered on the day they told me it was going to be delivered after reaching out to them several times during the day with a confirmation that it will be. I called a few days after to cancel as they were all unprofessional and abrupt. I was told yes it was. Then called back to say no it wasn't cancel days after when I already went to a different store and purchased the items. I told them I didn't want it. Marcy ( store manager/ clearly racist) said Okay. Fast forward to OCTOBER 2021 my credit was decreasing as it states that I have missed payments from premium furniture and I didn't receive the item soo HOOWWWWW?????? Fast forward to November 3rd 2021 after dealing again with Marcy/ Marcia STORE MANAGER WHICH IS EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT! My items were delivered just to be told that it was complimentary as they have proof that they did deliver it the first time. Proof that they are unable to provide to me. Which again lies/ scam. I have now several late payment to be reversed from Arcimq which cannot do so unless premium furniture confirms that yesterday was the first delivery and they refused to do so! Moral of the story! Follow my advice stay away! Top it off delivery guys were rude! Unpleasant! Don't care a bit! Initially told me they don't have any table only vanity! The worst experience ever!

This company should be closed ! Purchased a bed and a sectional took off of work for the delivery for the bed they sent me the completely wrong bed after I explained to the person who delivered the bed he said I would have to wait 2 days for the correct delivery! Huge inconvenience as I had to sleepOn an air bed after I had back surgery 2 days later the correct bed was at my home and put together incorrectly the next night the middle part of the wood frame screws were missing and making a squeaking sound every time I move on the bed! Now my couch I ordered in November was supposed to be delivered to me again I took off of work from the hospital (12 hour shift) for a delivery that did not come at allNo call no show! I call premium furniture and they tellMe my couch was delivered! $4,000 couch delivered but not to my hose! I’m am disgusted with this company I should not have to run around looking for something I paid for no representative ever called for any apology Any update nothing! I want my money back and will be putting a claim on BBB as well and the next step my lawyer will be involved

The service at the showroom was wonderful! My delivery was set for today, 2 weeks ago. Wow- they have a lot of selection. Looking for something very specific and Eda went through the catalog with me to help me find what I needed.

We had a great experience with Premium Furniture. Bought 2 couches and a coffee table from a nice sales rep and everything has gone smoothly. If you are going to look or purchase anything from Premium Furniture, ask for Nataly! She will be upfront, friendly, down to Earth and professional with you.

Well, what can I say about this people, the first i came to them and they gave me a good deal with a furniture, The second time i came i have another credit, but this time they don’t gave me the right of information, and they sent another information to the financing company. Now the want to charge the double of the payment, Be aware with their business. Honestly they act like a thief. They lie in your face.

Looking to buy furniture, stay away. Made a purchase on December 22,2020 for a vanity for my daughter paid cash on the spot today is February 20, 2021 and I haven’t received My order. When physically to the store today because they didn’t answer my call the so call “manager “ said it’s on the way mid April. I asked for my money back and they would not return the full amount. The worse service I’ve ever came across.

Amazing furniture store ! Truly a hidden gem . I purchased a sealy mattress and a sectional for my new apartment. Everything great quality , super fast delivery . The delivery guys were very helpful. I will be returning for my dining room soon . I would definitely recommend.

A month ago I bought a mattress in this place and everything was fine, yesterday I came back for another like the previous one... today they sent it to my house, and we put it in bed to prove it. Ohh surprise... it was a completely different mattress, very soft, low quality and different from the first one we bought... when we called the store, they told us that there were no refunds for having removed the protective plastic (everything that comes to our house is disinfected, and if you have a box or plastic, this is immediately removed by reasons for covid) and they told me that they sell generic mattresses and that some were better than others, but they didn't tell us this when we bought the mattress... my recommendation is to stay away from this kind of business, places like that should not exist in our community.

The purchasing experience was great however move forward 1 month later I still have not received the furniture. Called and they said they would call me back but still no answer. I have called multiple times and now no one answers. Horrible experience and I will NEVER buy from them again. I will tell everyone about this.

I ordered a bedroom set and had it delivered to my home. No problems at all!!! Delivery team was on time, bedroom set is wonderful, and the price was great! I spent about 3 hours in this store earlier and ended up leaving with multiple things for my new apartment!
