The worst punishment you can have is for an order to arrive through FedEx, they are the most irresponsible, most lying, most incompetent company I have ever seen. Three times they passed by the door of my house and never called or rang the bell. They only pass and do not leave delivery and the Famous Ticket with the Door Tag scan. That is why they are bankrupt for being irresponsible.

I had a disappointing experience at FedEx for the second time with the same employee. Unfortunately, they displayed impatience and lack of kindness towards a customer who struggled with English, creating an uncomfortable situation. Their grumpy attitude and unpleasant response when I wished them a good day were disheartening. I hope the company takes steps to improve customer service and fosters a friendlier environment.

Very bad attention, two people, a girl immersed in her cell phone and the other super arrogant boy. I don't recommend them, better to visit another headquarters! More supervision so that they provide excellent service.

Pray that your package won't be coming from this distribution center!This people are holding the shipments and make false updates all the time. Again, yesterday, they didn't deliver my stuff, but they felt free to change the status to: Future delivery requested .'I have never made this request nor the shipper. I called customer support twice, but both times no one helped. Only lies and fake case numbers.

I’ve never felt so bullied or discriminated in my entire life. The store associate has no respect for one the most important amendments in our constitution freedom of expression! I felt violated with his verbal disrespect because of my sexuality.

They sent our package to the streets 3 times after we request a hold. One of those they did not scanned, so they did not know which driver had the package. Staff do not communicate in between themselves.

I'm from a local business and usually have had trouble with having shipments being picked up at an adequate time but every time I've physically came to this store, they've helped me get my packages sent out. Appreciate the time and effort the personnel have taken to make sure my packages get out and delivered even before closing!

The staff is awful. I was in line watching the man behind the counter being rude and dismissive to everyone before me. A younger girl took care of me and made it so difficult to get my package. I was called in to pick up my package and on the call they said all i needed was my ID. She was flat out saying no and had to take it up with customer service, just trying to get rid of me to not deal with it. After repeatedly asking why would i get told that all I needed was my ID by someone at this branch-- the package turned out to be on hold for me. On top of that, between the two employees, they started speaking in spanish to complain about having to take care of the older man that was there before me. How embarassing is it be grown adults and be horrible to people that aren't being rude to begin with.

Very bad service, the employee was serving me very reluctantly and very rude.First he was laughing with his partner about a client who was here, and then he tried to charge him $20 and when the person was going to pay he let him know that he didn't have to pay and it was a joke. The client was already in a bad mood and he left mockingly.Then came my turn and when I told him that if he had a smaller box to put my package in, he let me know "that I didn't know" that I had to see where I put it.... And I asked him again if he had paper to prevent the The package was empty inside and the merchandise was damaged, but he insisted that he doesn't know and that I have to pay for that.I expressed to him what option he would have to buy it and he let me know that he couldn't help me...When I saw myself at that exhibition, I felt very poorly attended to and I told him "friend, your customer service is very bad, I'll let you know" and he immediately told me that he would not attend to me and that his colleague should attend to me.When he refused to serve me immediately just for expressing my opinion, he told me that he was on break at the moment and that he would not serve anyone. He left the counter and then returned to serve the other customers in front of me. Leaving me waiting for his partner. My wife and I showed up in person to the facility at 7:20 pm because the driver put "I tried to deliver the package'' even though my wife and I were both home. We have cameras at our front door and at no point in time did the driver show up. We have never had a problem with ANY package delivery service, even when it comes to perishable items. We got notified that we could go pick up the package at the FedEx location where we were treated with disrespect. The man that assisted us started to rush me to look for my tracking number because "The system would shut down within the next 5 minutes." The man and his coworker started criticizing my wife and I for showing up 5 minutes before closing, even though when we checked online, the location closes at 8 pm.
