This is NOT FedEx for free, i.e., NORMAL, drop offs. There isva mimimum $5 fee per item! This needs to be made clear. UPS wins every time

I recently visited this location, expecting a smooth drop-off for a prepaid package. However, I was surprised when I was asked to pay an additional $10, even though the shipping was already covered. Google lists this as a shipping center, but this experience was confusing and disappointing. I hope FedEx clarifies their policies and ensures better transparency for customers.

What a gem of a place! I worked with two individuals -- Destiny and Eric -- who were very friendly and helpful despite my large, last-minute print ask. The job was delivered on time, with excellent print quality.

BEWARE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! They charged me $10 to receive a package from Amazon. Considering that a hotel night costs $600, it seems shameless to me. Furthermore, the person in charge treated me poorly and didn't even know which package he had to deliver. AVOID FALLING INTO DECEPTION

Very disappointed. This is the second time this happens with this product, which is a very expensive and popular weight loss medication costing $542 each vial. First incident was on 4/11 package with tracking 396754946228 delivered by FedEx driver GMeriel. Second incident on 6/6 package with tracking 399193660392 delivered by FedEx driver GJean. A claim has been opened by Brooksville, whom is the pharmacy that we order from and ships our orders to us. There is a claim with FedEx case # 68216317 opened regarding these 2 incidents. This is very disappointing to see happening. I hope that it can get resolved quickly and we get compensated for this loss so that we can continue to have a good relationship with your company with all of our deliveries. If there is no resolution, we will have no choice but to be forced to discontinue using your delivery services at all cost.

The worst fedex store. They won’t accept returns with a QR code if you don’t buy a box from them. I’ve never had this request at any other fedex

I can confirm this location is open and staffed in the Intercontinental Hotel Downtown. There is not really any signage, but its just passed Starbucks which there are signs for everywhere. The person working was nice and helpful!
