I went over there with 10 wardrobe trunks (with wheels) to sent. There were 3 ladies behind the counter... can't tell who was more helpful... I was out in no time... I've been several times before on that place, and never left with a WOW!!... I guess there's always a first time for everything...

FEDEX delivered a box to my address which was the wrong address. I contacted them and informed them that the box was delivered to the wrong address. They assured me that the box would be picked up....a few days has passed and no one has picked up the box...IT STILL NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP.....HELP!!

Even as a Employee with fedex Express I had trouble at this location been with them 16 years travel alot with the company and without the company and at the particular location my account number Now wasn't real at all went through a integration just to prove I work there ? made my 16 years feel worthless just simply trying to enjoy my vacation that I bearly get. I followed up with billing and they said everything is correct got a apologize but not from this location. Only station I ever had a problem at and I been to over 25 locations

My husband's pick-up got confused, so instead of rescheduling, he took it to the ship center. The reps there are truly top-notch. So helpful in getting the package of loaded and fast. He was done before I parked.

I walked in at midday carrying a massive, fragile painting that I had to get from Miami to Wisconsin.Within 15 minutes, the awesome folks here had helped me package it up and ship it out for about $30.Enough said, right? Thank you!

The service at this particular Fedex is really good. They take care of you pretty fast. As long as your paperwork is good no problems.

My company just sent a package there and our manager came to pick it up. She was turned away and told the package is not there and it was getting sent back. We spoke with the customer service main line (since it seems we can't call directly to this location and actually speak with someone there) and they said that this is a Fedex ship center that CAN indeed accept packages and hold it for 5 days for the person on the package and confirmed it was delivered there. So why is the staff rejecting the manager and not giving us our package?
