Terrible attention!!!! I spent approximately an hour waiting for them to help me and they never managed to do it. Salespeople have no interest in serving their customers. Little predisposition. I will not return nor will I recommend it

Terrible service, very rude and they threw the boxes of shoes that I wanted to buy on the counter. The attention in this store leaves a lot to be desired. I was served by teenagers who showed very little willingness to help. They were distracted, being rude and talking among themselves, and did not respond professionally to my questions. I felt ignored as a customer, which is unacceptable. If they are looking to sell and retain their customers, they should train their staff better. I don't think I will return to this place

You get the most “popular” shoes but they don't really have variety… just like sports clothing, they have clothing, but not sports clothing as such, and very little variety.
We have been visiting this store for years, and they have always maintained the same low quality of service
They have very few staff for the size of the store, we have even had to wait up to 10 minutes waiting for someone to serve us because only the person at the checkout is there… it's terrible!
And when they serve you it's as if they don't want to do it (hey, that's not what you're supposed to be there for) with all due respect.
The prices. They are the same as anywhere else

I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes from Finish Line at Dolphin Mall
An employee at the store told me they would bring out a new pair of shoes and handed me a box
Without any doubt, I purchased the shoes with the box
However, when I opened the box, I was very disappointed. The shoes I received were different sizes for the left and right foot.
I have been requesting a refund or exchange, but they are not responding. I am extremely disappointed. How could shoes of different sizes be placed inside the same box?
I am also questioning the authenticity of these shoes.
I will keep fighting until they take action.

This guy Don, the manager, was really a painting work with. It doesn’t look like his fellow employees like working with him either. Terrible service.
